
Clinical Dermatology
Frank Triana, M.D. graduated cum laude with a double degree and honors from the University of Miami. He attended the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. Dr. Triana completed an Internal Medicine internship at Franklin Square Hospital. He then performed his Dermatology training at the George Washington University, where he was Chief Resident. He is currently an associate clinical professor at GWU.
Dr. Triana has been board certified in Dermatology since 1990, and recently completed recertification.
Dr. Triana is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery. He has authored several scholarly publications. He has had the privilege of practicing in Southern Maryland for over twenty years, and specializes in diagnosis and treatment of skin cancers. Dr. Triana is affiliated with Calvert Memorial Hospital, and has been honored by CMH for community service, by performing skin cancer screenings.
He is available in both the Prince Frederick and Leonardtown offices and is accepting new patients.
