Shelley K. Bunting, FNP

Shelley has been a nurse practitioner at Azalea Skin Treatment Center since November 2000, with the exception of a two-year hiatus where she worked as a school nurse and nurse practitioner in the public school system. Shelley graduated from the UNC Chapel Hill School of Nursing with a bachelor's degree in 1993 and a master's degree in 2000. Shelley enjoys helping patients and families learn about and manage their various skin conditions. She is also passionate about skin cancer prevention/screening through education and annual skin exams.

Shelley lives in Chapel Hill with her husband and two children. She enjoys traveling, spending time at Lake Gaston and hanging around the horse barn!
