As always, the care and safety of our patients, staff, and community is our highest priority and these protocols have been put in place to protect everyone. We thank you for scheduling an appointment with us and look forward to seeing you in the office to take care of your dermatologic needs.
Pre-Appointment
Patients who are new or existing (prior to February of 2023) will need to complete two steps prior to your first visit: 1. Request a Patient Portal Link or Download APPatient App. 2. Login to the ModMed Patient Portal and complete ALL forms and registration online.
Day of Appointment
Face masks are optional throughout the visit in office. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to check-in.
Check-In Process
Patient will continue to the front desk for our normal Check-In Process and Co-Pay collection if applicable. We advise that if you are NEW PATIENT, and you have not completed your New Patient registration online via the Patient Portal, kindly arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment to do so on our kiosk.
Appointment Time
When it's time for the appointment, the medical assistant will notify the patient in the waiting room. The patient will be called as normal.
Check-Out
Our standard check-out process will be utilized for patients. Please note that ALL Aesthetic procedure fees will be collected in full same day, and estimated Deductible and Co-Insurance will be collected at Check-Out.
