Dr Becker is absolutely amazing! He is extremely smart and kind. I can be somewhat of a complex case and he always takes the time to listen, gives me time to go through my notes and photos, he never rushes me and I feel very confident in his diagnosis. Dr Harvey has done 2 Moh’s skin surgeries (for skin cancer) on me… one on my nose (down the whole center of my nose in a petal pattern) and one on my cheek. While the initial surgical incisions and stitches were shocking to see immediately after the surgeries, the final scars are barely visible.

Ding: Parking is confusing and atrocious, with poor signage and a multi level garage behind the building that doesn't align and attach to the building unless you enter the magic entrance in a dank, creepy stairwell. Dr. Orleans is knowledgeable, thorough, professional, and genuinely attentive to my concerns. She has been doing an outstanding job treating my CCCA, and I am very pleased with the progress of my treatment so far. I appreciate having a dermatologist who is knowledgeable about CCCA and takes the time to explain my treatment and address my concerns. I feel confident in the care I am receiving and would highly recommend Dr. Orleans to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate dermatologist. ⭐ Dr. Orleans and her clinical care: 5/5 stars! I would, however, give the billing office 3/5 stars. I paid $70.00 upfront in coinsurance/out-of-pocket costs, but my insurance ultimately paid the claim at 100%. According to my records, BCBS issued an EFT payment on July 26, 2026. I would appreciate having someone from the billing department review the account and process my $70.00 refund as soon as possible. Overall, I am very happy with my treatment and the care I am receiving from Dr. Orleans. I hope the billing issue can be resolved promptly so that my overall experience reflects the excellent medical care I have received.

Great experience today! Mary at the desk was super nice and professional. I didn’t have to wait in the lobby at all to be seen at all for my appointment time. Once in the exam room, the medical assistant was nice and professional. I waited only a minute after she left and APRN Sanjani Patel was already coming in to see me. I feel like she was very thorough looking at all of my moles (I have a lot) and she recommended me some prescription wipes for my back acne. The office is also stocked with nutrafol supplements, skin ceutical products, and Alastin products which is great because I was able to pick up something I was running low on. Overall great experience. The service they use to book appointments and acquire documents online works fast and smoothly. Front desk was warm and welcoming. I waited about ten minutes which was no big deal. The physician quickly assessed my concerns and made sure I understood her explanation/diagnosis. I booked another appointment as a follow up and was on my way. My only suggestion would be maybe some light music playing in the waiting room. A little too quiet in there:) They offer a wide variety of services and this review was only for a skin cancer check.

Bill Kras has been taking care of my children for several years and I am very pleased with his approach to pediatric dermatology. He and his staff always make the kids feel comfortable.
