James Spencer, MD

James Spencer, MD is a board-certified dermatologist with more than 30 years of experience. He focuses on medical and surgical dermatology, specializing in Mohs micrographic surgery. Dr. Spencer, St. Louis native, received his undergraduate degree from Pitzer College in Claremont, CA. He received his Master of Science in Biological Sciences from Stanford University before earning his medical degree from Columbia University. He completed a prestigious fellowship in Mohs surgery with Rex Amonette, MD, which offers him a unique level of experience.

Beyond his Mohs expertise, Dr. Spencer is dedicated to preventing, detecting, and treating skin cancer. Over his career, he has a track record of providing his patients with exceptional care. He is committed to staying up to date with the latest advancements in medical technology and techniques. His goal is to always provide his patients with the most advanced treatment possible.
