All sales are final and are non-transferable. Patients must purchase and be treated same day for the 1st treatment, and have until 6/30/2020 to redeem the 2nd treatment. 2nd treatment must be scheduled at the time of initial purchase. If the patient does not use their second treatment by 6/30/2020, they lose it.  Percentage off discounts will not be honored outside of their associated discount percentage week.
