James Martin MSN, APRN, FNP-C
James Martin is an Advance Practice Registered Nurse, certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). He is a graduate of the University of South Florida where he received both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nursing.
James comes to Academic Alliance in Dermatology with over seven years of experience as an Emergency Room Registered Nurse. He is fluent in both English and Spanish and is very excited to use his knowledge and skills to benefit the practice’s diverse patient population. James is looking forward to working with the talented team at Academic Alliance in Dermatology and is ready to be of service to you.
James is a first-generation American of Colombian heritage. Born in Long Island, NY, he lived in Bogota, Colombia as a young child, and then moved with his family to the Tampa Bay area. James is an avid runner, enjoys a wide variety of music, and appreciates good food from all over the word. He and his wife, Christiana, enjoy kayaking, visiting Florida’s beautiful state parks, and hanging out with their Shih-Tzu, Timmy.
