Mikias Wolde, MHS, PA-C

Mikias Wolde, MHS, PA-C earned his Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from University of Maryland College Park followed by his Master of Health Sciences from Duke University School of Medicine Physician Assistant Program. Subsequently, He completed postgraduate surgical training at Norwalk Hospital/Yale School of Medicine PA Surgical Residency program. Upon completion, Mikias worked as a General Surgery Physician Assistant at MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center in Baltimore, MD.

Mikias’s interest in surgical dermatology started whilst working as a medical assistant for Anne Arundel Dermatology Mohs Surgery Center prior to becoming a physician assistant. Upon his return to Anne Arundel Dermatology, he has been an active member of the Mohs Surgery Team. Mikias has extensive experience assisting with Mohs surgery and dermatologic surgery.
He is licensed in the state of Maryland and is nationally certified by the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants. His professional memberships include the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), Associate of Surgical Physician Assistants (AASPA) and Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA).
