Tinuke Aderemi-Ibitola, PA-C
Tinu is a NCCPA board-certified physician assistant and a Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants member. She graduated from Kent State University in Kent, Ohio, with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry while playing D1 Volleyball as the school’s starting outside hitter. She earned her Master’s in Medical Science and Physician Assistant Studies from the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After graduating she completed an additional dermatology Advanced Practice Provider Training Program gaining further experience in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology alongside the top dermatology providers on the east coast.
As a Nigerian skin-of-color provider herself, Tinu has a particular interest in treating skin-of-color patients. Knowing how SOC patients historically have been marginalized, Tinu aims to serve the underserved. Her goal is to be the bridge to not only treat the physical changes in one’s skin but to educate patients that the skin acts as an external reflection of one’s overall health. Dermatology provides the opportunity to treat, prevent, and educate patients to live the healthiest life they can!
