Haibo Cheng, PA-C

Meet Haibo

Originally from Sweden, Haibo spent most of his life in Maryland before relocating to North Carolina. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Physiology & Neurobiology from the University of Maryland and obtained his Master of Health Sciences in Physician Assistant Studies from the Duke University School of Medicine. Haibo has dedicated his entire career to dermatology, beginning with six years of experience as a medical assistant prior to graduate school. He has since refined his expertise as a provider at Charlotte Dermatology, PA, and Atlantic Dermatology. Haibo is a member of several professional organizations, including the Society of Dermatology Physician Associates, the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, and the North Carolina Academy of Physician Assistants. 

Haibo specializes in both general and surgical dermatology, providing comprehensive care for a wide range of skin, hair, and nail conditions. His clinical interests include treating rashes, skin cancers, acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, dandruff, warts, molluscum, and pediatric skin concerns.  

Outside of work, Haibo enjoys playing pickleball, cooking, baking, rock climbing, hiking, and fishing.
