Meet Jenna
With a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the Medical University of South Carolina, Jenna began her career working in primary care in the United States and England, where she developed a dermatology clinic within a British Primary Care Center. During this time, she gained advanced training in dermoscopy and general dermatology.
Jenna later transitioned to tertiary-care dermatology, as the first dermatology physician assistant at England’s Bristol Royal Infirmary. In this position, she managed complex dermatologic cases and led teaching sessions for both inpatient and outpatient physician assistants.
She completed the British Association of Dermatologists’ Dermatology Programme and graduated with a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Dermatology from the University of South Wales, passing with distinction.
Jenna is a member of the American Academy of Physician Associates, the Society of Dermatology Physician Associates, the Primary Care Dermatology Society, and the United Kingdom Faculty of Physician Associates.
Jenna’s favorite part of dermatology is building long-term relationships with patients and helping them improve their skin health and overall well-being. She is driven by the opportunity to provide personalized care that makes each patient feel heard and understood, tailoring treatments to his or her unique skin health needs. Jenna’s expertise includes conducting skin checks and treating eczema, psoriasis, acne, rosacea, and hidradenitis suppurativa, with a focus on preventative skin care. Compassionate, evidence-based medicine is at the core of her practice, and Jenna finds dermatology particularly rewarding because it demands a deep understanding of how skin conditions intersect with internal medicine. The complexity keeps her engaged and continually motivated to provide the best possible care.
