Meet Lina
After receiving her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies, Lina Weber began her physician assistant career in 2018 in the Bronx, at Montefiore’s Emergency Department, where she worked for several years through the COVID-19 pandemic. She transitioned to internal medicine in Manhattan, New York until moving back to her hometown of Maryland to follow her life-long dream of practicing as a dermatology physician assistant.
Lina trained under renown dermatologists, Dr. Mark Jaffe, Dr. John O’Neill, and Dr. Ann Lindgren, and under accomplished physician assistant, Aileen Cassidy. Lina’s dermatologic expertise includes treating acne, skin cancer, warts, and moles. She has a passion for cosmetic dermatology and intends to get certified in a variety of services, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, laser hair reduction, and a wide range of laser and aesthetic treatments.
Lina is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and is working on her Diplomate Fellowship. She is passionate about clean eating, fitness, and skin care. Lina is a strong advocate for early skin cancer detection and prevention through patient education and advocacy. She enjoys world travel, music, and dance. Lina competed as an elite gymnast in her youth and continues to stay as active as possible, instructing cycling in her spare time.
