Anne Arundel Dermatology Visits Salisbury University

By Anne Arundel Dermatology

Anne Arundel Dermatology had the opportunity to participate in Salisbury University’s Student Wellness Fair on August 30, just two days after new and returning students began the 2017-2108 school year.

Well over 200 students visited multiple vendors throughout the wellness fair, receiving health information and resources from various members of the community.

Anne Arundel Dermatology staff told students about the strong correlation between stress and skin problems – a recent study conducted by the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University found that the higher stress a college student undergoes, the more likely they will have skin related issues – and the many conditions that our team of board-certified dermatologists can diagnose and treat.

They were also happy to let students know that Dr. Timothy Pearson, our newest dermatologist, began seeing patients in our new Salisbury office on August 28. Students were pleased to hear that the new location, at 105 Pine Bluff Road, is just a short commute from the college, and that Dr. Pearson is available to see both new and existing patients. They also enjoyed their goodie bags.

Have a fantastic year SU students. Go C-Gulls!!
