Edward J. Primka III, MD

Edward Primka, MD attended college at Wake Forest University. He went on to graduate from medical school at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with Honors and Distinction. The next decade was spent at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio, first as a dermatology resident and then as a faculty member. Dr. Primka has been in Knoxville for over 20 years. He focuses primarily on skin cancer and has treated over 40,000 cancers. He is board-certified in both Dermatology and Micrographic Dermatologic Surgery. He has three children. His free time is spent actively at his church and helping the Boy Scouts. He enjoys hiking in the mountains with his wife and swimming for exercise. Newfoundlands have been his trusted canine companions for many years.
