We love Dr. O’Neill, have been seeing him for years. My wife and I see him together and it’s like a happy reunion every time! He is so good at what he does and we love him! He’s been protecting us from the sun for years!! We are boaters too! We make the drive now from Easton, Md. I tried to go local one time in Annapolis and they whacked off something in my shin and asked me to come back for biopsy. I went back to Dr. O’Neill right away. No issue in shin at all. I can not say enough wonderful things about my experience today. It is never a comfortable feeling when you need your body checked over. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by professional staff. They made my new patient check-in effortless. Amy and her assistant could not have made me feel more comfortable. Amy was able to answer my hundred questions and gave me a thorough exam. She was able to address all my issues. And they made my procedure process pain-free. I felt at ease the whole time and that speaks volumes. I highly recommend this dermatologist office. I love also that even though cosmetic procedures could be done they did not push that on me at all. Even upon leaving the staff checking me out was professional and efficient. I had a wonderful experience with Danielle Johnson, PA-C at Virginia Dermatology. Scheduling an appointment through the patient portal was very easy and was able to be seen within a few weeks. I was pleasantly surprised when the office even called to offer me an earlier appointment. When I arrived, check-in was quick and I had hardly any wait time. I only waited a few minutes before Danielle came into the room. She quickly diagnosed the spot on my forearm that had been bothering and concerning me, and she also took the time to look at a few other areas I was worried about. Today’s visit was excellent. We waited less than 10 minutes in the lobby, and the front desk staff were, as always, very friendly and welcoming. Our appointment was with Dr. Matthew Zook for the scheduled removal of a cyst above our three-year-old son’s eye. Both Dr. Zook and his assistant were incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. As fairly anxious parents with a language barrier, we had many questions, and they took the time to answer every one of them without hesitation, making us feel comfortable and supported throughout the entire visit. The procedure itself was very quick. Our son only shed two tears — honestly, my husband and I were much more nervous than he was! After the procedure, we were given clear instructions for aftercare, a prescription for an ointment, and reassurance that everything had gone very well. We are now waiting for the biopsy results, which should be available in about 10 days. Thank you to Dr. Zook and his assistant for their professionalism, expertise, compassion, and excellent care. We truly appreciate the wonderful experience and highly recommend this practice. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I wish their phone system would allow direct access to the Wheaton office - if there's a way, I haven't discovered it. When ever you try to call, there's a national call center and a very long wait on the phone. If I need to contact Young Lee directly, I believe this can be accomplished using the patient portal.

I’ve been going to this location for a few years and Dr. Beamguard is a rare find. Best dermatologist in St. Petersburg! She’s always friendly and answers all your questions. Heather, one of her assistants, is also nice and friendly. There is onsite parking and a lobby with a few chairs. The ladies at the front desk are not that friendly and can come off rude at times.
