Anne Arundel Dermatology’s Team Member of the Month

Nominated team members will be will be included in our company-wide announcement, and will also be entered into the monthly drawings. Two lucky team members will be randomly selected from our “wheel of names” to receive a $250 bonus plus 8 hours of PTO! At the end of the year, the team member with the most nominations will receive a $1,000 bonus.

Nomination & bonus exclusions include:

• Nomination must be from an AAD team member or patient
• Self-nominations or those from outside sources will not be counted
• Multiple nominations from the same person and for the same team member will only be counted once
• Up to 10 nominations will be counted for a single team member
• Team member may not be designated as the monthly winner more than once per year
• Winners must be active employees as of the applicable pay date to receive the bonus
