Do you know an AAD team member who exemplifies our core values and deserves recognition?

Nominated team members will be included in our company-wide announcement and entered into the monthly drawings. Each month, two team members will be randomly selected from our “wheel of names” to receive a $250 bonus plus 8 hours of PTO.
Eligibility limits: Monthly winners may only win once per calendar year. The End-of-Year Award of $1,000 (given to the team member with the most nominations) may be won only once per employee.

 

Nomination Bonus Rules & Exclusions:

  • Nominations must be submitted by an AAD team member or patient.
  • Self-nominations or nominations from outside sources will not be counted.
  • Multiple nominations from the same person for the same team member will be counted once.
  • Up to 10 monthly nominations will be counted for a single team member.
  • Nominations must be voluntary and not actively solicited.
  • Monthly winners may be selected once per calendar year.
  • The End-of-Year Award ($1,000) may be won only once per team member.
  • Winners must be active team members as of the applicable pay date to receive any bonus.
