Scheduling the appointment was super quick and easy. As a new patient I anticipated it would be a few weeks wait to be seen but to my surprise they had availability as soon as a day ahead. I scheduled a skin check with Dr. Francis who ended up freezing a spot and sending another one to pathology. She took her time and genuinely listened to my concerns. Furthermore she noticed my lips were chapped (chronic dry lips) and she recommended a OTC medicated chapstick which she also offered me samples of. 100% would return to the West Largo location :) Office was clean and the receptionist was friendly too.

I am totally satisfied with his medical examinations. However, trying to get in touch by phone became a horror show since he became part of the larger group. The first call said there was a 39 minute wait time. I was able to leave a message to be called later. I was unable to answer the return call, but a message was left on my machine. Unfortunately, the message started skipping and I could not hear all of the new phone number to be called. My second call soon got the recorded message announcing the wait time as one minute. It then kept repeating the one minute wait time message over and over and over. After 5 minutes of this, I hung up. On my third try, the recording said over and over and over that the wait time was the 8 minutes. After getting frustrated again, I was about to hang up when suddenly the call was answered--by a lady who sounded very, very bored with her job.

I was there today to have my second squamous cell carcinoma removed from my scalp, as well as another one removed from my leg. The building is brand new, exceptionally clean, and very welcoming. Dr. Momtemarano was amazing. One of the best doctor experiences I've had.... ever. I went in for a potentially unpleasant experience, a cancer biopsy of a badly discolored pinkie toe nail, which I was told beforehand would involve drilling into it or removal of the entire nail. In the end, he did pry off and pull out the entire nail and then slice into the tissue underneath to get a biopsy sample. The thing that hurt the most was the anaesthesia injection. Despite the invasiveness of it all, my primary experience of it was, "wow, what a confident, competent, calming and friendly presence this doctor is!" He has a super warm bedside manner, as well as an extraordinary ability to explain complex things, listen actively and respond, and instill a sense of comfort. He was great. I'd go back in tomorrow to have another toenail removed just for the good conversation.
