This is a nice place to be treated. I had my second visit yesterday. This is a family setting. Derrick who is the support staff has been very helpful with making easy appts. that will fit your schedule. I was seen by Lina who took care of me .She was just great. My skin is looking good. She also know what medications are working for you. You will feel very much at home. This office is not crowded like most places. Everyone was pleasant and not cranky like some staff in doctor's offices. I would highly recommend this office. Plus the office is clean even the bathroom is clean. Plenty of parking at this location.

Excellent practice. I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment and was greeted by helpful and curtious staff. There was virtually no wait after my new patient paperwork was completed. I was taken directly to a visit room and the nurse efficiently took my information. A few minutes later the doctor arrived for the exam. All of my concerns were addressed. The entire process took less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend Anne Arundel Dermatology.

The Dr, I believe her name is Ann is the GOAT. I will never go to another Dr for my skin issues. She knows her stuff. I was called within 5 minutes of my appointment to come to the back, which is unheard of in a Doctors office. Ive gone to many other dermatologists and was extremely disappointed, but she gave me hope again in my skin issues. I recommend her to EVERYONE. She is straight forward, her treatment strategy is effective and she is super nice and funny. Everyone go to her! Her and her staff make it the best experience ever. My husband was so impressed, he even wanted to go for his skin issues.

So glad I made the switch to Anne Arundel Dermatology in Towson! I used to go to Hopkins but could never get an appointment for my annual skin checks — they wouldn’t schedule a year out and were always booked when I called months in advance. I felt like just another number there. Here, the doctors and staff are super friendly and really know their stuff. They take the time to get to know you. They did a great job of explaining a biopsy and ultimately a small procedure to remove a suspicious spot in such a way that I felt more comfortable than I did concerned….they actually care. It’s been such a better experience all around! Definitely would recommend.

I highly recommend Meridiem DermSpa. Brittany Sanderson NP does all of my Botox and filler. I love that I can trust her 100% and she always delivers a gorgeous yet natural result. If you have not had a hydra facial, schedule you appointment with Amanda at Meridiem Derm Spa at AA Dermatology. She gives an excellent HydraFacial and you leave with a very clean face, free of built up dirt and lotions. The procedure takes under an hour, but the results last 5-6 weeks. I would highly recommend the main providers here! I feel listened to and I trust them. Their staff however, I have concerns with. During my last visit, while I was speaking to the doctor, the two medical assistants in the room were whispering and laughing; it was highly inappropriate. Shortly thereafter, I was called back into the office because said medical assistants lost the paperwork I had already signed. After sitting in the waiting room for 45 minutes because "no one could find the paper I was talking about", it came out that they also lost my insurance information and I had to start over providing everything. Additionally, during a recent phone call, I mentioned that I was unable to pull up the website for the medication I am taking, and I didn't know the pharmaceutical company's phone number off the top of my head. The staff on the other line got an attitude immediately, saying "so you don't remember the website, you can't find the phone number, real helpful". I don't appreciate being spoken to that way. I would love to continue coming to this practice but will need to see improvements in the way non-doctor staff conduct themselves.
