I have almost never had such a wonderful experience at a doctor's office. Lina Weber was kind, funny, very knowledgeable, and I can tell she goes above and beyond often.. she certainly did for me. I have been scared to DEATH over something and my primary sent me to a dermatologist which really wasn't even the right place for me. Luckily, I also had a Dermatology need as well so I can continue going back, but for this other issue she took initiative to send an order for me to have further testing done and offered to go over the results with me and get me to the right doctor if needed. Luckily, it ended up being nothing horrid. She made me feel heard. That was huge. I despise going ro doctors because I feel I get the brush off often but Lina Weber is one of the good ones. Where to even start, Frankie PA-C saved my husbands life correctly diagnosing him with an extremely invasive and fast growing form of skin cancer after we were ignored by three other providers. The office is always friendly, clean, and punctual. Frankie is the most competent and knowledgeable dermatologist out there. I also get treated by him with Botox and chemical peels and is he is the best of the best with that as well, and I have tried at least 5 other establishments for Botox and chemical peels. When he starts offering fillers I will surely be doing mine with Frankie as well. Highly recommend Frankie!

I am totally satisfied with his medical examinations. However, trying to get in touch by phone became a horror show since he became part of the larger group. The first call said there was a 39 minute wait time. I was able to leave a message to be called later. I was unable to answer the return call, but a message was left on my machine. Unfortunately, the message started skipping and I could not hear all of the new phone number to be called. My second call soon got the recorded message announcing the wait time as one minute. It then kept repeating the one minute wait time message over and over and over. After 5 minutes of this, I hung up. On my third try, the recording said over and over and over that the wait time was the 8 minutes. After getting frustrated again, I was about to hang up when suddenly the call was answered--by a lady who sounded very, very bored with her job.

Great service and treatment from start to finish. I had not been in for 7 years and it took less than 30 minutes to check in / update all my info, get called back, discuss 3 conditions with the nurse, see Dr. BLAZER and get... prescriptions sent for one, a follow up scheduled to get a cyst cut off next week, and get a small wart frozen off....and check out and walk out the door. Dr Blazer had seen me several times years ago and offered multiple treatment options to me which I quickly decided on for all 3 things. I appreciate that they value my time as much as I do. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable as a cash patient. The follow up was easy to schedule and within 3 business days of todays appointment. Could not ask for better service.

What an excellent experience. Everyone was so kind and caring. They were patient and understanding when my daughter came in with the backs of her earrings stuck. I was given a same day appointment and would highly recommend them for all your dermatology needs.
