Was scheduled to have a surgical excision of a mole today to be performed by Alison Berk. Alison was out today and my appointment was canceled. Stephanie called first thing this morning to reschedule. She then inquired if Dr Kushner could fit me in today. She spoke with Eve and they scheduled the procedure with Dr Kushner. Eve had excellent bedside manner and was very comforting. Dr Kushner was professional, pleasant, and explained everything in depth. Thank you very much for performing the procedure today!

I had such a great experience here from the moment I walked in the door. The women at the front desk were kind and welcoming and the check-in experience was easy. Then Ismeta came to bring me back to the room right away and I cannot properly express how warm her presence was. She was so deeply kind and caring and hospitable that it almost felt, not like a sterile doctor appointment, but like sharing a cup of tea with a trusted friend. And then Allie joined and she was also wonderful - knowledgeable and careful and patient. I left here feeling confident in my medical care and honestly just peaceful about the day moving forward. She’s an RN, a Licensed Esthetician, and a Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist and that makes me feel safe. I found her on the top 100 injectors as well. Go see her, she’s beautiful on the inside and out! I see her for Botox, Daxxify, and lip injections.

Very comforting and professional office and staff, from receptionist to NP , pleasant from start finish. Not a lot of people feel comfortable in a Doctor's office, but this office and staff are different. They all deserve PRAISE (or raise) . This was very first head to two skin exam, and Dr Conjelko completely put my mind at ease. He took his time explaining everything to me and described every type of freckle or mole or sun damage he found. I did not feel rushed and he answered every question I had. I would absolutely recommend this practice to anyone. Even if you don't think anything is wrong, it's good to get your skin checked every once in a while.

This is the best doctor I’ve been to in at least 30 years, did a thorough exam and explained treatments in a “ normal “ way. Dr. Walter Giblin is a true gem in the dermatology profession.

Awesome dermatologist office in St. Pete. I had 3 moles and a skin tag that needed to be removed. I made an appointment online with Dr. Trent and it was the easiest appointment I have ever been to. The staff is very friendly and I was brought back at my appointment time. Dr. Trent was very knowledgeable and explained each spot I was concerned with. She then was able to remove what I wanted in the same appointment and made sure my insurance covered it. I will be coming back and will be recommending this place to friends and family. Very impressed

Excellent experience I feel very well

Today’s visit was excellent. We waited less than 10 minutes in the lobby, and the front desk staff were, as always, very friendly and welcoming. Our appointment was with Dr. Matthew Zook for the scheduled removal of a cyst above our three-year-old son’s eye. Both Dr. Zook and his assistant were incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. As fairly anxious parents with a language barrier, we had many questions, and they took the time to answer every one of them without hesitation, making us feel comfortable and supported throughout the entire visit. The procedure itself was very quick. Our son only shed two tears — honestly, my husband and I were much more nervous than he was! After the procedure, we were given clear instructions for aftercare, a prescription for an ointment, and reassurance that everything had gone very well. We are now waiting for the biopsy results, which should be available in about 10 days. Thank you to Dr. Zook and his assistant for their professionalism, expertise, compassion, and excellent care. We truly appreciate the wonderful experience and highly recommend this practice. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I can't thank this office enough I had to pay out of pocket to get diagnosed and to get a biopsy and the rates were very reasonable for someone with no insurance I'm extremely thankful for that. I was diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma Dr Johnson and his team did a fabulous job of treating it it was a painless procedure done reasonably quick and I feel very good about it I'm extremely thankful for Dr Johnson and his team. I would recommend this place to a family member or friend they are fabulous. Good communication aggressive with getting insurance situated and really good about getting an appointment as soon as possible

The wait for the doctor after going back to the exam room was a little too long, but everything else went well and the visit was very good overall.

In addition to this, I had a medical episode at the end of my appointment, and they all did an amazing job at helping me and not making me feel bad about what happened. I had a really good experience at Academic Alliance. My dermatologist was super nice, listened to everything I was worried about, and gave me different treatment options while explaining things in a simple, clear way. Awesome staff throughout this Annapolis location & Reid Raleigh is the absolute best. Started seeing him about 15 years ago. After I retired I decided to go to another one of their locations as it was closer to home. After 2 visits in 2 years at the Glen Burnie location I was not happy with their office staff or one of their physicians so this year I went back to the Annapolis location & Reid Raleigh. I highly recommend him & his staff.

I highly recommend this office. Everyone was super friendly, honest, and transparent about information I needed to know and advice. I was only there a short time and got seen by the doctor not even 5 minutes after being sent to a room. The Doctor, Dr. Josue Droz, was wonderful and calm, and the examination was fast! For my first dermatology appointment it was a delightful experience.

I intentionally waited a couple weeks before doing this review. Charu took her time with the Botox on my face. She explained all the steps so clearly. She gave me some recommendations for additional services that definitely do interest me and I may pursue in the coming months.. I am so pleased with the results. It gave me the lift in my eyes that I was looking for and smoothed out most of the lines on my forehead. I am so thankful that the aesthetician Amanda recommended me to Charu, she is my new go to girl for Botox.

I highly recommend Whitney! I have been her patient for 2 years and have complete faith and trust in her dermatology knowledge, surgery skills and treatment plans. She is also extremely thorough in her skin exams. Twice she has identified skin cancers that were missed by a previous dermatologist. She is very personable, as was her medical assistant, and does not rush my appointments.

The time it took to make the appointment or have the appointment confirmed in the email and text message sent and response so I know when to show up was wonderful to help had me seen in the correct amount of time the Dr and her helper were very professional wonderful place keep coming back

A truly professional experience.

Dr. Prussick is an excellent dermatologist and I have used him for years. But since he became part of Ann Arundel Dermatology it is almost impossible to reach the practice. They put you on hold for 10 minutes and then the call drops. Or, you select the 'call back' option but they don't call you back. A few months ago I gave up and found another dermatologist for an emergency infection. Recently, it took 3 days for a prescription to be sent to the pharmacy which is not local. It has been a week and I have heard nothing about its being filled. I gave up trying to contact the practice. I bought an over the counter option and hope it will work. If I hadn't been using this doctor for so many years I would be looking for someone else.

Staff is very professional, courteous and friendly. Doctor/PA V was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Awesome visit and have no problem telling all my friends that this is the place to have their dermatological needs addressed.

10/10 recommend this clinic for your skin needs! They even offer cosmetics like Botox, Filler and chemical peels.

Had a great visit today. The ladies are wonderful here. Got my Tremfya sample in less than 24hrs because insurance is being cranky about filling it, so to hole me over I got a sample and some injections for my hair thinning. I drive over an hour to come here and would drive even more to have this as my care team!

I was able to get in very quickly, and the location was very close to where we are. The staff was friendly and professional. Debbie at the front desk was welcoming with a smile. The first one who called me back to the exam room(I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name) was super kind and professional with a great sense of humor. I saw Whitney and she was very knowledgeable , she offered to answer my questions and give reassurance during my visit. She had a comforting bedside manner. The visit was very quick, but it was to be expected in my particular case. I felt like she would have taken the time needed if I had more questions or concerns. Would like to be a repeat patient next time we are in the area.

This is a very "in demand" dermatology office so I was very surprised when I called and they were able to fit me in on the next day. Everyone was prompt with their scheduled times and Alexandra Stewart was very nice and efficient with my full body scan. She addressed all of my concerns quickly and let me know her advice, which I am following. She also froze off several pre-cancerous areas and biopsied one questionable area. All in about 15 minutes. I could not ask for more.

Excellent initial exam! Young Lee is very pleasant, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough! His explanations were clear. This was a terrific exam. I wish their phone system would allow direct access to the Wheaton office - if there's a way, I haven't discovered it. When ever you try to call, there's a national call center and a very long wait on the phone. If I need to contact Young Lee directly, I believe this can be accomplished using the patient portal.
