I went to Carolina Skin Care in Pinehurst for MOHS surgery to remove a basal cell carcinoma on my forehead. Dr. Malone and her staff treated me like a king. They made sure that I was comfortable and pain free. On the night of the surgery, my wound began to bleed. The bleeding would not stop so I went to the emergency room. They were unable to stop the bleeding and referred me back to Carolina Skin Care with Dr. Malone and her staff. They were able to stop the bleeding before I left. I greater appreciate the care that I received from Dr. Malone and her staff.

Stellar office visit, they were all completely professional and caring. Front office staff, Dr. Brad Johnson and his assistant were all friendly professionals and genuinely interested in providing great service to my needs. The office is super clean and a pleasure to visit.

Finding a place with a dermatologist, surgeon, and Photo Dynamic Therapy expert in the same building is a major plus. I've now seen Dr. Kushner to check out my skin issues three times and I find his upbeat personality, professionalism, expertise, and ability to communicate issues all to be top-notch. His assistants have all proven to be friendly and also very professional. I've also had four sessions of PTD (light treatment of pre-cancerous cells) which, while very uncomfortable for a few minutes, has proven to be much easier to go through because of the expertise and warmth of Kate. Dr. smith even followed up later in the day to see how I was doing. Dr.Sable has been my dermatologist for as long as I can remember. I wouldn’t go to anyone else. I am an equestrian athlete outside training or in the barn in the sun. I am a physician and I have been going to see Dr. Bill Kras for at least five years. This practice is very strong in melanoma prevention. Under leadership of well known Dr. Vasiloudes, they are aggressive about removing potentially dysplastic nevi. This is important to me because my father died of melanoma. I was shocked to learn that Dr. Kras has only been in the Derm space for eight years, because he seems so experienced. He is incredibly knowledgeable and dedicated to the field. He often speaks of things he has learned from his colleagues in the practice such as Dr. V and dermatopathologists. He is smart, thoughtful, and kind.

The office is very professional and pleasant to visit. The centralization under the Anne Arundel umbrella can make it difficult to contact them directly but once there the level of service is very good. Getting appointments through the central service works well though once one gets to the specific office schedule.

Only a 15 minute delay, then the procedure was real quick. Would have preferred to put the gown on in private.

Scheduling the appointment was super quick and easy. As a new patient I anticipated it would be a few weeks wait to be seen but to my surprise they had availability as soon as a day ahead. I scheduled a skin check with Dr. Francis who ended up freezing a spot and sending another one to pathology. She took her time and genuinely listened to my concerns. Furthermore she noticed my lips were chapped (chronic dry lips) and she recommended a OTC medicated chapstick which she also offered me samples of. 100% would return to the West Largo location :) Office was clean and the receptionist was friendly too.

I have been going to this practice for several years now. Dr. Giblin is who I see primarily and he is very knowledgeable and discusses treatment options very clearly, and makes sure the patient’s questions and concerns are addressed. I have also used Dr. Krivda who performed a skin cancer surgery for me. He did an excellent job and you cannot see any evidence of a scar. All the staff are friendly, the office scheduling process is easy and minimal wait time once you arrive for your appointment. I would recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Orleans is knowledgeable, thorough, professional, and genuinely attentive to my concerns. She has been doing an outstanding job treating my CCCA, and I am very pleased with the progress of my treatment so far. I appreciate having a dermatologist who is knowledgeable about CCCA and takes the time to explain my treatment and address my concerns. I feel confident in the care I am receiving and would highly recommend Dr. Orleans to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate dermatologist. ⭐ Dr. Orleans and her clinical care: 5/5 stars! I would, however, give the billing office 3/5 stars. I paid $70.00 upfront in coinsurance/out-of-pocket costs, but my insurance ultimately paid the claim at 100%. According to my records, BCBS issued an EFT payment on July 26, 2026. I would appreciate having someone from the billing department review the account and process my $70.00 refund as soon as possible. Overall, I am very happy with my treatment and the care I am receiving from Dr. Orleans. I hope the billing issue can be resolved promptly so that my overall experience reflects the excellent medical care I have received.

I have been seeing Dr. Connie in April and the rest of the staff there over three years now. The only regret that I have is that I can’t go about once a week. I just love those people. They’re so kind and Dr. Connie is so gentle she’s just amazing. And she has had me on the same medication for my black psoriasis and it has worked out wonderfully God bless each and every one of them and I hope they stay in business for a good long time. I would recommend them over anybody in the Tri-County area because I’ve seen two or three of them and Connie and her staff are barn. Hands-down the best that I’ve ever been. I can’t leave April her office manager out. She is absolutely amazing just like Dr Connie!! She is an absolutely amazing human being. She cares so much for her patience.
