Upon arrival, I was greeted respectfully, the office was clean and orderly. The staff, they were respectful and polite. The staff worked efficiently to handle the clientele. My family and I have been seeing Dr. Kang for over 15 years at AA Dermatology. It's a little tougher to get in quickly to see him as he's usually booked at least 3 weeks out, but he's worth the wait if it's not urgent. The office staff is pleasant but I wait at least 10 minutes on hold every time calling the office before I am able to speak with someone. Overall, it's a great office experience and we will continue to see Dr. Kang.

My mom saw Jen Abbott, the PA and she was wonderful! The staff was very helpful and there was hardly a wait. Jen looked at mom's concerns and was not only thorough, but very kind. The Dr, I believe her name is Ann is the GOAT. I will never go to another Dr for my skin issues. She knows her stuff. I was called within 5 minutes of my appointment to come to the back, which is unheard of in a Doctors office. Ive gone to many other dermatologists and was extremely disappointed, but she gave me hope again in my skin issues. I recommend her to EVERYONE. She is straight forward, her treatment strategy is effective and she is super nice and funny. Everyone go to her! Her and her staff make it the best experience ever. My husband was so impressed, he even wanted to go for his skin issues.

As usual, Dr. M is a positive professional. I have had many surgeries here over the years and my face is proof he does an excellent job. Years later, the scars are almost undetectable. The staff is great. I can only fault the slightly uncomfortable chairs and clunky paperwork. However, I hear they are going to online forms, so I won’t be able to complain about that next time. Dr. Dhar is so pleasant and even better is very thorough in his exams. He caught a very early melanoma I hadn't even noticed and is very gentle. I wish all my medical providers were like him! Dr. Prussick is an excellent dermatologist and I have used him for years. But since he became part of Ann Arundel Dermatology it is almost impossible to reach the practice. They put you on hold for 10 minutes and then the call drops. Or, you select the 'call back' option but they don't call you back. A few months ago I gave up and found another dermatologist for an emergency infection. Recently, it took 3 days for a prescription to be sent to the pharmacy which is not local. It has been a week and I have heard nothing about its being filled. I gave up trying to contact the practice. I bought an over the counter option and hope it will work. If I hadn't been using this doctor for so many years I would be looking for someone else.

This was my first visit at a dermatologist. The experience was so much better than I could have imagined. The physician assistant quickly put me at ease, her energy was warm and welcoming, her knowledge And ability to articulate in language that I can understand was exceptional. Under procedure was very quick. I’m thankful that the physician assistant had the skill set that she did inclusive of the way that she spoke to me simply telling me details throughout each process, such as you will feel a little stinging, you will feel a little heat, you will feel a wire across your leg. She let me know what was happening throughout and just simply had overall great communication. I would highly recommend this location to anyone and the most important part is I walked out of there feeling all my needs were met.

This is a new practice for us since we recently moved downtown We didn’t know what to expect. When we entered for our appointment, my wife and I were greeted by a friendly desk staff. We filled out some information and only had to wait about 10 more minutes before we were taken back to the examination. The Esthetician Antonella was Extremely friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful. Shortly after she took our information our Nurse Tiffany came to examine us. She was also extremely friendly, extremely knowledgeable, extremely helpful and made us feel very comfortable. The girl that checked us out was super friendly and nice as well. We have been going to a dermatologist every six months for many many years and this was right up there with best overall treatment we’ve ever received. From walking in to walking out. I really appreciate someone who is honest with me about my needs instead of just letting me purchase a treatment that would have minimal results. She did several passes over my skin as requested and made sure I was comfortable. Here's where she went above and beyond...I accidentally misplaced my post-peel kit and realized when I got home. Her team met me in Baltimore to give me a new kit!! This is beyond 5-star service! My skin was glowing after my peel, and I cannot wait for another one. Zoe makes you feel like it's no big deal she knows what she is doing!! I had a spot for 4 years and she said I have an aggressive carcinoma type of cancer and Zoe and the staff cut it out and got it all the very first time!! I have had spots pop up and one call to them and I was in with in days and cut a piece for biopsy 3 days later got the call and 3 days later was getting them addressed!!! I recently had my first visit to Anne Arundel Dermatology in Westminster for a small growth on my face. It was very easy to schedule an appointment right online and was also able to upload my relevant insurance information and identification. The office is very nice, and you are able to answer your health history questions right on a nice iPad like tablet. I saw Dr Marianne Dawn. She was very friendly and told me I had a seborrheic keratosis. She said she could freeze it off right then and there. So, five minutes later I was done! She told me how to treat it over the next couple weeks and now there is no sign of it whatsoever. I would definitely recommend the practice to anyone looking for a dermatologist and will use them again myself if I need any dermatological care.

Leaving this review specifically for the Valrico office. We had an an amazing experience with this dermatology office! Booking was easy, the staff was very friendly and the PA that helped us was very knowledgeable. Excited to have a new dermatologist just up the street to help us!
