Pleasant experience overall. My doctor was Nikki she was quick but made me feel like she cared. And she touched me without gloves and that made me feel better like I didn't have the plague. overall -very nice experience. I felt uncomfortable about getting undressed for the full body check but she made it a breeze my prescriptions were delivered to me and I am very happy and will return. This was my first time at allegiance Dermatology. It was a pleasure to check in and I didn’t wait long, approx. 5 minutes to be seen for my appointment which is rare in the healthcare industry. I had a truly wonderful experience with Dr. Giblin. He performed a cyst excision for me and from the very beginning, I felt I was in excellent hands. He took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process and patiently answered all of my questions, which greatly eased my concerns. During the procedure, he consistently checked in to make sure I was comfortable. His calm and reassuring manner made the whole experience much easier than I had expected. After the procedure, he carefully reviewed the wound care instructions step by step to ensure I fully understood how to take care of myself at home. Dr Niebyl and his staff were pleasant and professional. Dr Niebyl was attentive to what I said and asked. He is "old-school", meaning he actually listens and relies on his training and experience, and orders testing only when warranted. He noticed minor skin issues I hadn't mentioned and recommended OTC treatment. The only downside is that he is a solo practitioner who is nearing retirement age. I wonder who will replace him when that time comes. In the meanwhile, he is MY dermatologist.

They constantly checked to ensure that I was not experiencing any pain during the procedure. The next evening D r Dolan contacted me and checked on how I was doing. I appreciated the follow through. I have regular checks for my skin as I am now paying for my early years and sunburns as a lifeguard without regard to sun damage many years ago. I am always treated well and made to feel at ease. On my most recent visit, 6 Aug 24, everything went as scheduled. I had another suspicious spot that is being diagnosed. Hopefully negative and everything else appeared fine.
