Upon arrival, I was greeted respectfully, the office was clean and orderly. The staff, they were respectful and polite. The staff worked efficiently to handle the clientele. I didn't even wait but maybe 5 minutes until I was called back. They were very professional. The doctor and his assistant answered all my questions even though some of my questions might have been "stupid". I look forward to going back. They gave me options on treatment. I liked the fact that they didn't just push a agenda or prerogative. They consider their clients.

Very pleasant experience from the time I walked in. Dr. Richardson was very professional and detailed. She explained everything and addressed all of my concerns.

I am totally satisfied with his medical examinations. However, trying to get in touch by phone became a horror show since he became part of the larger group. The first call said there was a 39 minute wait time. I was able to leave a message to be called later. I was unable to answer the return call, but a message was left on my machine. Unfortunately, the message started skipping and I could not hear all of the new phone number to be called. My second call soon got the recorded message announcing the wait time as one minute. It then kept repeating the one minute wait time message over and over and over. After 5 minutes of this, I hung up. On my third try, the recording said over and over and over that the wait time was the 8 minutes. After getting frustrated again, I was about to hang up when suddenly the call was answered--by a lady who sounded very, very bored with her job.

The office is very professional and pleasant to visit. The centralization under the Anne Arundel umbrella can make it difficult to contact them directly but once there the level of service is very good. Getting appointments through the central service works well though once one gets to the specific office schedule.

The Mount Airy office of Anne Arundel Dermatology has been our Go-To place for several years. I have 2 girls 4 years apart and my youngest daughter recently asked to try some alternative acne treatments. We were very pleased to have not one but two different medications as options offered by Amy Spangler. We made sure to make a follow-up appointment right away so we can follow-up under the timeframe that she recommended. Appointments can seem difficult to find in under 3 weeks, but they are usually able to offer alternative appointment times if you call back within a week or so later. I highly recommend this practice which has had Dr. Germanas at the helm since my oldest daughter was an adolescent.

Janet Benton NP is the best at what she does. She’s kind, gentle and a great listener. I can’t recommend her enough.

First time ever getting any cosmetic work done I was nervous and excited. But Dr Dan was super comforting and walked me thru everything before doing it. He also took interest in what I wanted to look like and decided on the best option for me. I love it and will return for more in the future!

Before seeing her, I honestly didn’t know how to properly care for my skin, but she educated me step by step and recommended the right treatments for me. Beyond the results, her professionalism and care truly stand out. She has helped restore my confidence, and any woman knows how valuable that is. I highly recommend her.

I was in there today. An elder woman came in. She couldn't seem to find the office of another Dr. in the building. The woman at the desk, Brooke, was so helpful. She asked the woman to come over by her and said she would see if she could find out what the story was. She figured it out and directed the woman to the office door next to the one she was in. Brooke, stopped what she was doing to lend a hand and in doing so, figured out where the woman needed to go so as not to miss her appointment. Brooke's attitude and manner was polite, friendly and overall the example of an employee who is meant for the care of people.

We got an appointment within three working days due to a cancellation. Dr. Sander did not keep us waiting. She conducted a thorough fully body examination and made a diagnosis. She took the time to answer all our questions. She was professional, courteous, and likable.

Recently arrived in the area and needed to see a dermatologist. Walked in to see how long it would take to get an appointment as a new patient. Tracy at the front desk was friendly and efficient and went beyond what I expected by finding an opening to get me in immediately. She helped with all the forms required and within less than 15 minutes I was with the Doctor who was very personable and efficient. Great example of how front desk staff can make a positive impact!

Academic Alliance in Dermatology is the best. Dr. Lam is great. He is so pleasant as is every one else in his practice from the minute you walk in. He takes his time with you and doesn't rush you. Very thorough and takes care of any concerns you might have. I highly recommend Dr. Lam. Have been a PT of his since 2014 and since I had melanoma in the past, before I started seeing him, I get seen q6mos for routine total body exams.

Today withOUT* anesthesia I had a sub-category of a squamous cell carcinoma removed, pretty small sized. Dr. Zook was more than willing to do it *with NO lidocaine. He used ice 3 times which may have helped (smart), removed it very quickly, it was next to painless for ME--but I've done this before and also had 6 or more teeth drilled without novocaine. He is friendly, cheerful, informative and a precision "cutter" as he got it all first try. I am very happy.

Codi- my esthetician here is AWESOME. she is so sweet and personable. She takes the time to go over your skin concerns and address them. I have never had better looking skin than I do now that I go to see her for the hydrafacial and dermaplaning!! Book with her now I promise you will be so so happy!!!

I recently had Moh’s surgery. I was very pleased with the time the surgical assistant took to explain the procedure and answer all my questions. Dr. Marquart has a wonderful bedside manner that put me completely at ease. The whole procedure went very smoothly and all the staff were so kind and efficient. Dr. Marquart’s PA completed the stitches and was wonderful as well. This surgical team was awesome!

I cannot recommend Dr. Sylvia Suarez enough!!! She is thorough, caring and personable. I have been going to her for over a decade and have ongoing issues with sun damaged skin and precancerous lesions (results of being fair skinned and living an active outdoor life). Twice she has diagnosed squamous cell carcinomas and referred me to an excellent surgeon (Dr. Rosemary Liu) to have them removed. Since first becoming a patient of Dr. Suarez, I have moved out of the area but still eagerly drive an hour to continue to see her. She is worth every minute, and more, in the car for me .Rock Star Dermatologist!!! And her “Right Arm, Ha Tran, follows in her footsteps.

After years of mediocre dermatological care, I found Azalea Skin Treatment Center in Garner, NC. In just months, my skin has improved after years of minimal improvements. Instead of saying, "Yeah, you're fine, come back in 2 years," when I have continuing skin issues, Azalea has provided needed and continued care specifically for my needs with fast improvements. Dr.Brooke Huff made a rough week so much better when her and her assistant took the time to listen to all of my concerns, answer my questions, and be the friendliest people I dealt with all week. Huge shoutout to Nurse Practitioner Kelsey Reed and the receptionist for their excellent care and customer service. I was a little upset after driving to my appointment and learning that my provider was unable to see me due to an insurance credentialing issue that I had not been informed about beforehand. Thankfully, the receptionist quickly helped arrange for me to see Kelsey. Kelsey was kind, professional, informative, and took the time to address all of my concerns.
