Dr. Ansari is a young, thorough, and professional doctor. He took time to explain the issues that I presented, and treatment was completed in short order. I could not get an appointment at the office in Shallotte where I am a current patient until my next skin check appointment which was another 3 months away. After 2 calls for appointments, they suggested there was an opening at Whiteville. After a 50 minute drive, I was seen by Sydney Pierce, P.A. and she biopsied a possible squamous cell ca on my arm. You know those medical practictioners who run their office poorly, the waits are long, and the staff treat you like you've invaded their personal space and you're dumb for being there? That is NOT this place. 2 days ago, I found a spot of concern on my arm. I got an appointment within 2 days. I walked in and waited max 10 minutes. My PA (Anjana Patel) listened to my concern, did a couple of feel tests, thought it was probably nothing but since it was a little funny, she biopsied it on the spot. Then she asked if I wanted a whole skin check since I never had had one, which she performed with compassion and competence. She was amazing, and her assistant, Grace, was wonderful too. The office staff was similarly kind and got me in and out quickly. It's obviously a nice place to work, because the office staff was smiling and joking with each other while also performing their tasks with professionalism. Could not recommend more highly. 10/10.

I was there today to have my second squamous cell carcinoma removed from my scalp, as well as another one removed from my leg. The building is brand new, exceptionally clean, and very welcoming. Needless to say, no one looks forward to MOHS surgery - especially on their face. That being said, the team here was superb, from the Surgical Techs to the Doctors themselves. Caring and professional staff, offered solutions and encouragement, after many painful mohs surgeries elsewhere feel like they treat things differently here and felt seen as a patient, not overscheduled and barely any wait time, highly recommend this practice.

Synopsis - Amazing staff made this an amazing experience. I went in with some skin concerns that I had been reluctant to get taken care of. Finally broke down and set up an appointment online, got the vast majority of my paperwork and questionnaires out of the way online, and booked it. To be able to get all of those things out of the way ahead of heading to the appointment was so nice. The staff at the center were all amazing. From the wonderful receptionists, to Dari (sorry if I spelt it wrong) who was my assistant and Suzanne Craven who took care of my skin issues--it was amazing. They were thoughtful, listened, provided their expertise and advice, and cared. I truly cannot say enough good things about this whole experience for me. It'll be the only place I ever go to for anything dermatology related in the future, no doubt about it. 5 Cleared Up Stars out of 5!
