Since I had successful Malignant Melanoma surgery back in 1994 in Naperville, IL, I relocated my family to Wilmington. Immediately I looked for an experienced dermatologist to help me watch out for future cancer possibilities. I found Dr, Jonathan Crane and have been with him and his staff now for over 19 years . HIs company's name has changed several times but his friendly, experienced care has kept me protected and safe all these years. I have recommended him and his services to anyone who as ever asked me for this type of healthcare.

While surgery is never a fun experience, I can’t speak highly enough of SCSC. The receptionists worked with me on multiple occasions to ensure my paperwork was on file, and consistently provided clear guidance. When it came time for surgery, Dr. Montemarano’s skill was so apparent. It is rare to find a doctor with such a wonderful combination of medical talent and bedside manner. He went above and beyond (in what I’m sure was a long day for him) to perform my surgeries in a way that worked best for me. He made me feel comfortable, explained every step clearly, and even called to check up on me after surgery. Shreya was an absolute professional the entire day, and went out of her way multiple times to ensure my comfort and make my surgery a success. She fielded all my questions, even tracking down additional team members for information when needed. I’ve never felt like my health was taken so seriously, and really appreciate the entire team! Thanks for taking care of me.

We had such a wonderful experience at the dermatology office today. My 10-year-old daughter had a mole removed from her head, and honestly, I was much more nervous than she was! Dr. Lauren Page was absolutely phenomenal. She was kind, patient, reassuring, and made my daughter feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. The facility was extremely clean, and every person we encountered was so friendly and welcoming. It made what could have been a stressful experience feel so much easier for both of us. I had to have MOHS procedure done for squamous cell carcinoma on my leg. The staff was amazing! From check in to check out was great. Everyone was professional and very nice. Mikaela (not sure if spelled correctly) made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Dr. Malone was wonderful and ended up getting a clear margin the first time. They explained everything along the way and that was great! They took my concerns very seriously and worked with me. I could not have ask for better! I highly recommend this office! Been going here for years. McDaniel practically erased the dog bite scar I have on my lip. I was terrified to get any procedures done, but after lots of research I settled on Dr. McDaniel because of his experience and expertise. The current doctor was personally trained and shadowed by him for quite some time before he fully retired. She clearly love what she does and she’s very very skilled at it. The skincare gal is also amazing! The whole staff makes the experience top notch.

I have had the absolute pleasure of being treated by Charu Jain, NP, at AADerm. She is a master at Botox. I have a small forehead and Botox can be challenging for me - however Charu has perfected my treatments. I am also a Registered Nurse and have always preferred having cosmetic procedures within a medically based office. Charu has also administered PRP (platelet rich plasma) injections to my scalp - for my moderate alopecia. My results have been incredible and measurable. I am so thrilled and would HIGHLY recommend Charu for all cosmetic services.

Dr. Andrew M. Operated on my face 10 years ago. Was extremely satisfied with him and the positive outcome. So happy to have the same outcome with the tumor removed from my ear by Dr. Chris K Nolan 2 years ago. Now on my 10th anniversary Dr. Andrew M. again did his magic and removed a serious Basal tumor from my scalp. Even called me later that evening to see how I was doing. Just a great surgeon and person.!

Despite Dr. McDaniel's own retirement, I appreciate the PA's and nurse's medical expertise in diagnosis: I fully trust Tania's and Kelly's competence in performing procedures. Aubrey did a great job, very professional and caring! It's a beautiful, relaxing place with straight-up medical treatment rooms. And everyone is so kind and friendly--thanks, Jenna, Victoria and Kelli! Just signed up for a weekly series, so I'll be seeing you all summer long. PS, excellent parking situation. The connected garage is free and you don't have to go outside.

I came in for a rosacea treatment a few weeks ago. The office is beautiful and inviting. My treatment was expertly done and I felt comfortable from start to finish. Would definitely recommend.

I haven't even been to the appointment yet for my son but I needed to get up here and brag on Taylor! She was absolutely delightful to speak to on the phone several times now and really helped me get an appointment changed around with no problems or attitude. It's sadly getting rarer nowadays to run into someone over the phone who takes their job seriously and actually sounds like they even like their job, but she was so awesome! You never know what kind of day a person is having, and just sounding happy and cheerful could really impact someone's mood. Taylor, I hope you read this and know that you're an amazing young woman and a light in this world! Keep being you!

One of the best medical offices I’ve ever been to. Front desk was thorough friendly and professional. Nurse Peaches was caring and listened and explained things. Dr Haibo was fantastic!!! He knew what he was doing and explained so well. Asked several times if there was anything else he could do (he asked several times cuz I kept asking him things as they popped in my head) Highly recommend this hidden gem in Clinton. Best dermatologist I’ve been to. Worth the higher copay I had to pay to not use the other one.

I have been to several dermatologist that just wasted my time. But they sure charged. Then I found Dr. Miller and my world turned around. Dr. Miller took my case of blisters just come up on my body any and everywhere. No Dr. military or civilian could treat me without coming up with O results. Then I found Dr. Miller at Carolina Skin Care. I had to drive aways but Dr. Miller was the one that cares about her patient's. She took biopsies from my blister and started out to find out what I had. Dr. Miller never gave up. Even working on weekends searching & testing until she came up with a diagnosis . I just figured this was something from the war ( my team was hit with mustard gas) Dr.. Miller stayed at it. After different antibiotics she hit the jackpot. It has been several months and I'm still blister fee. Dr. Miller I'm sure makes the top dollar. She should she really takes on a personal determination to help her patient's. For me she is the most knowledgeable dermatologist that is out there. Dr. Miller you are a saint. I wouldn't go to ANY dermatologist just to Dr. Miller.

I intentionally waited a couple weeks before doing this review. Charu took her time with the Botox on my face. She explained all the steps so clearly. She gave me some recommendations for additional services that definitely do interest me and I may pursue in the coming months.. I am so pleased with the results. It gave me the lift in my eyes that I was looking for and smoothed out most of the lines on my forehead. I am so thankful that the aesthetician Amanda recommended me to Charu, she is my new go to girl for Botox.

I was very impressed with the organization and professionalism of the staff. My only complaint is be prepared to complete additional paperwork upon arriving. Once you are taken back, they do take the necessary time to address your concerns and give you what I feel is good advice for what you may be needing to address. Very nice staff, clean facility, easy to schedule appointments, and if I have to reschedule they do it without problem.

Dr. Smith, Hannah and the rest of the staff were amazing. They were thorough in their explanation of the procedure putting me at ease. They were caring while being efficient. Dr. smith even followed up later in the day to see how I was doing. Hopefully I will not require treatment in the future but, if I do, I will definitely choose Dr. Smith and the rest of the team again.

Update: 9/23/26 Had a much better experience yesterday. Natalie and Dr. Mclanahan were wonderful in both prep and procedure. I really appreciate the redemption here. Still a bit bummed that my prior feedback was never addressed or acknowledged by anyone but happy to update my review here to be positive as a result of a much better experience this past visit. Horrible. I scheduled a simple procedure here and reviewed with scheduling multiple times so as to avoid wasting my time. Showed up today for my appointment only to spend 4-5 mins total to be told I then needed to schedule an appointment in September. On top of this, Tami, was borderline unprofessional and had a horrible attitude the entire time simply because their iPad wasn’t saving patient information. When I explained that I was surprised and disappointed about no procedure taking place, she made it my problem by saying “you spoke to a call center”. Actually, I spoke to multiple people at your office in at attempt to not waste my time and money for a procedure that literally should take 15-20 mins. On top of taking hours out of my day only to be told I needed to schedule something months out, I spent $80 on co pay. Beyond agitated at the lack of professionalism, waste of time and money grab that this turned out to be.

I have had such a great experience with Dr. Szaraz I would recommend her to anyone. Dr. Szaraz made me comfortable, listened and addressed my concerns. The billing is very transparent and average cost. The front desk and assistants are all so friendly and helpful. 5/5 stars!

I was just in today 7-21-26 and didn't Realize my new insurance card needed a referral for a specialists. Lisa and Aline quickly stepped in and got it all situated for me. it's been a long time since I've seen such nice and helpful people at a front desk. five stars for customer service!! Friendly group greeted me, before I was introduced to Ashley. My hydro facial was comfortable. My face was soft and smooth with less blemishes after only one procedure. I am returning in three weeks.

As usual, Dr. M is a positive professional. I have had many surgeries here over the years and my face is proof he does an excellent job. Years later, the scars are almost undetectable. The staff is great. I can only fault the slightly uncomfortable chairs and clunky paperwork. However, I hear they are going to online forms, so I won’t be able to complain about that next time. This is the place to trust with your face.
