I intentionally waited a couple weeks before doing this review. Charu took her time with the Botox on my face. She explained all the steps so clearly. She gave me some recommendations for additional services that definitely do interest me and I may pursue in the coming months.. I am so pleased with the results. It gave me the lift in my eyes that I was looking for and smoothed out most of the lines on my forehead. I am so thankful that the aesthetician Amanda recommended me to Charu, she is my new go to girl for Botox.

I feel confident that I receive the best care available at Academic Alliance in Dermatology, Hudson office. Jun 2026 Every appointment has been very pleasant. The check in area is comfortably away from the waiting area to allow for personal Q&A. Always greated nicely and my health card and ID delivered to me vs. being asked to retrieve them - nice touch! Very minimal wait time. The Dr., PA, medical assistant are all professional and courteous and provide ample time to listen and explain. I'm happy with the results of my procedures and the cosmetic only services are affordably priced. I highly recommend this dermatology office.

UPDATE August 2026: Rating still stands. The staff here is so friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Anne Arundel Dermatology. The everyone is friendly and welcoming. I was able to get a new patient appointment within a month, and when I needed to be seen again, I was able to schedule an appointment within a short and reasonable amount of time. During the appointment, the Dermatologist listened to my concerns and discussed treatment options and procedures in a way that was easy to understand. I left each appointment feeling very well taken care of by the staff at Anne Arundel Dermatology.

I had my first and second visits with Courtney Fairchild. She is excellent! I shared with her some previous, (negative,) experiences I had with different dermatologists in Texas. She listened to me and understood my concerns. She, (and everyone else there,) were OUTSTANDING! My wait times were very short, lab results quick, follow up appointment was quick, and the treatment was quick and almost painless. The front office staff is very nice and the waiting, exam, treatment, and restrooms were very clean. This was a fantastic experience.

This was my first experience with Mohs surgery and I didn't know what to expect. The team was professional, kind, and confident which certainly set me at ease. They explained the procedure at every step which was much appreciated. I really enjoyed how the team and doctor involved me with conversation and the technical aspect of the procedure. The final product was impressive, nice work!

Fast and friendly service, willingness to answer questions.

I went to Carolina Skin Care in Pinehurst for MOHS surgery to remove a basal cell carcinoma on my forehead. Dr. Malone and her staff treated me like a king. They made sure that I was comfortable and pain free. On the night of the surgery, my wound began to bleed. The bleeding would not stop so I went to the emergency room. They were unable to stop the bleeding and referred me back to Carolina Skin Care with Dr. Malone and her staff. They were able to stop the bleeding before I left. I greater appreciate the care that I received from Dr. Malone and her staff.

Brought my 3 year old here to have his birthmark evaluated. They were running about an hour behind- totally fine- it happens. The practitioner we saw was fantastic, thorough, knowledgeable, and very good with my child. My complaint is regarding an undisclosed charge. During his exam she found molluscum lesions- she then applied a topical resin to around 7-10 lesions on his arms. She let me know that it can take up to 3-4 applications to be effective for the lesions (they are still present). I just received the bill for $322.98 for "destruction". I do take responsibility for not asking how much it was going to cost before we've met our deductible. However, it would have been good information to have seeing as I definitely can't commit to 3-4 rounds of $322 for lesions that generally self-resolve.

Very warm and welcoming office from the receptionist to the assistant and the dr. She listened to my concerns and explained what might be the cause and what products I should try and why it would help. The dr answered my questions to my satisfaction.

When I went in I was worried because my mother died from breast cancer and she had skin cancer a couple times and my primary care doctor said that what I had growing on my face might be skin cancer so I was real worried but from the moment I walked in the reception is up front the nurses and the doctor were very knowledgeable friendly easy going and just made me feel real at rest the procedure went smooth and quickly I was very amazed at how quick it was they gave me paperwork that informed me how to take care of the wound where she excised the growth to be sent and tested I was very happy with my experience and I will use them again in the future when I need them thank you for hiring very professional kind caring individuals

She listens to all of my concerns and explains the treatment plan so that I understand what we’re doing and why. I even left the office with a few free skincare samples she recommended . I’m having excellent results with the treatments Stevie recommended for my skin concerns and I feel great about the progress we are making! I was feeling so insecure about my hormonal acne and random eczema flareups, but I’ve gained so much confidence back after treatment. I’m starting to feel like me again! First of all, the new office is gorgeous! Secondly, I had a hydrafacial with Charu, which was a delightful experience. She is super nice, the treatment was relaxing and has my face feeling cleaner and healthier, and I felt completely pampered the whole time I was there.

Immediately I looked for an experienced dermatologist to help me watch out for future cancer possibilities. I found Dr, Jonathan Crane and have been with him and his staff now for over 19 years . HIs company's name has changed several times but his friendly, experienced care has kept me protected and safe all these years. I have recommended him and his services to anyone who as ever asked me for this type of healthcare.

I’ve had my fair share of experiences with different dermatology offices, both within this company and outside of it, and this office really stood out to me. Keonna at the front desk was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and efficient. She made the check-in process easy and was just a pleasure to interact with. Dr. Becker was also wonderful! He was very friendly, personable, and talkative in the best way...not overwhelming or annoying at all. He actually took the time to talk with me and made the experience feel comfortable and relaxed. Overall, I had a really positive experience and truly appreciate the staff for making my visit so pleasant. Great team!

I feel very fortunate to have found Raleigh Dermatology many years ago. Now both of my children, and my grandson are patients too. Both Dr. Puente and Dr Signorelli are excellent doctors. The doctor’s helpers are knowledgeable and are friendly and helpful with patients. The front office staff, the same. I feel safe and cared for by all.

Dr Harvey has done 2 Moh’s skin surgeries (for skin cancer) on me… one on my nose (down the whole center of my nose in a petal pattern) and one on my cheek. While the initial surgical incisions and stitches were shocking to see immediately after the surgeries, the final scars are barely visible.

Meridiem DermSpa is the best, the people are always nice, helpful, and professional. Sarah has done most of my procedures and I adore her. She always makes me feel that I'm perfect the way I am, the treatments I choose are just to enhance. She's encouraging yet not pushy, she explains everything to me clearly, and ensures that I'm comfortable. As soon as I leave from an appointment, I'm ready to make another. Highly recommend going to Meridiem!

Caitlin Lutz and her assistant were awesome. My 1st time visiting this office and I was very very pleased. Caitlin removed a mole in question that I had damaged, took a culture of another to have them tested and frozen the 3rd. She was concerned if I was feeling any pain during the procedures, which I was not. Highly recommend.

Don’t be fooled by the exterior. The staff and experience were excellent.

Great experience for removal of basal cell lesion. Friendly, instructive and quick! Entire experience took less than 45 minutes, in the door and back out. Provided information throughout, and a very caring attitude. I didn't enjoy the medical reason I was there but the P.A., assistants, and front desk all worked together to make it "painless."

This entire staff from the Doctors to the front desk could not be more professional. I have had the CoolSculpting procedure here and have had stellar results due to the knowledge and support of the amazing team at Dr. McDaniels office. I can honestly say that if for any reason they do not feel a particular procedure is the right fit for you they will take the time to educate you and point you in the right direction. It is not about the money in this office it is about finding the right procedure for the person. I continue to go there for fillers and Botox on a regular basis and could not be more pleased. If you want an honest professional office with the staff that is highly trained. This is the place !
