Ding: Parking is confusing and atrocious, with poor signage and a multi level garage behind the building that doesn't align and attach to the building unless you enter the magic entrance in a dank, creepy stairwell. Recently arrived in the area and needed to see a dermatologist. Walked in to see how long it would take to get an appointment as a new patient. Tracy at the front desk was friendly and efficient and went beyond what I expected by finding an opening to get me in immediately. She helped with all the forms required and within less than 15 minutes I was with the Doctor who was very personable and efficient. Great example of how front desk staff can make a positive impact!

I had a great appointment with Frank Navarra PA. He was professional and extremely thorough with my skin check. Took his time looking over my body and explained his findings especially with my history of previous skin cancers. Additionally, he removed several skin tags. It has been 24 hours and I have zero discomfort or pain. The receptionists were personable and professional. I love the convenience of this office location and the ability to get an appointment within a few days of trying. i visited dr.boswell a few years ago to get some assistance on adult acne and they really took their time to listen while i explained the history of my skin. my skincare routine is now much more simple and is the clearest it has ever been. i recently visited (with dr.johanna young) due to a persistent, painful contact dermatitis rash which no one was able to clear. they (again) took their time listening to me and truly made me feel cared for and it was 90% cleared within two days. i am a forever patient 😭 great doctors and great staff. thank you so much!!

Awesome staff throughout this Annapolis location & Reid Raleigh is the absolute best. Started seeing him about 15 years ago. After I retired I decided to go to another one of their locations as it was closer to home. After 2 visits in 2 years at the Glen Burnie location I was not happy with their office staff or one of their physicians so this year I went back to the Annapolis location & Reid Raleigh. I highly recommend him & his staff.

I had a wonderful visit with the APRN Erin. She was thorough and knowledgeable. She listened and gave the answers I needed. Office was clean and staff were friendly. I had not been there since 2024 and this visit was great! In 2024 not great, wasn’t sure if I would go back but decided to give it another try. I was very pleased!

I got exactly what I hoped for.

The location was convenient and easy to find. Parking was plentiful and adjacent to the building housing the clinic. The staff was extremely professional and considerate; nobody goes to get skin cancer surgery for the fun of it - and the natural apprehension of these procedures is so much easier to manage when those attending are so courteous and helpful in answering questions etc. Two thumbs up and well done to the team.

One of the best medical offices I’ve ever been to. Front desk was thorough friendly and professional. Nurse Peaches was caring and listened and explained things. Dr Haibo was fantastic!!! He knew what he was doing and explained so well. Asked several times if there was anything else he could do (he asked several times cuz I kept asking him things as they popped in my head) Highly recommend this hidden gem in Clinton. Best dermatologist I’ve been to. Worth the higher copay I had to pay to not use the other one.

I recently had my first visit to Anne Arundel Dermatology in Westminster for a small growth on my face. It was very easy to schedule an appointment right online and was also able to upload my relevant insurance information and identification. The office is very nice, and you are able to answer your health history questions right on a nice iPad like tablet. I saw Dr Marianne Dawn. She was very friendly and told me I had a seborrheic keratosis. She said she could freeze it off right then and there. So, five minutes later I was done! She told me how to treat it over the next couple weeks and now there is no sign of it whatsoever. I would definitely recommend the practice to anyone looking for a dermatologist and will use them again myself if I need any dermatological care.

Dr.Brooke Huff made a rough week so much better when her and her assistant took the time to listen to all of my concerns, answer my questions, and be the friendliest people I dealt with all week. It was such a breath of fresh air to have such a caring and compassionate couple help me through this stressful severe poison ivy reaction. The assistant was even SO kind to my 4 year old son. It was just an extremely pleasant experience and I am forever grateful for them both.

September 2025 Update, this is still an amazing office. As a patient who has returned more than once, I highly recommend Dr. Vincent. Dr. Vincent took time to talk to me about my concerns. The nurse was also very good during my visit on May 24. I am pleased with Dr. Vincent's work ethic and I highly recommend this office. As an established patient of Academic Alliance in Dermatology, I continue to be pleased with Dr. Lam and his staff. The office is run on a timely basis, is comfortable, and very clean. Since Dr. Lam was booked out, and I wanted an appointment fairly soon, I accepted an appointment in the Tarpon office with his PA, Morgan. I was exceedingly pleased with Morgan's professional expertise and her sensitivity to my anxiety. She explained the skin condition clearly and offered me medical advice on what could be done to treat it. I chose to have her shave off the seborria keratosis patch on my skin. Morgan is very skilled, and the process went very smoothly. She explained the aftercare. Morgan's assistant, Taliah, was very attentive and proficient. I am very happy with the talented professionalism both women showed me and with the office in general.

I have been seeing Dr. Monica Valentin at the Fairfax Office of Anne Arundel Dematology for many years. Dr. Valentin is board certified in two specialties, Dermatology and Internal Medicine, and her thoroughness is appreciated. She is always friendly and kind, no matter how busy, and she and her PAs help you maintain good skin health including any necessary medical treatments, and annual or more frequent checks as necessary. The practice itself, and the Fairfax office, are extremely well run, including calendars, maintaining scheduling, billing, and communications. Unlike some other specialists' offices, in particular dermatology, while the practice is busy, there is rarely or never any kind of untoward wait, and the waiting room is therefore not full or crowded, because they maintain a disciplined calendar and don't overbook. Only the people right before you and the people right after you are generally there. While I have had only standard but important medical skin checks and treatments, they do offer spa care treatments, and for whatever reason Dr. Valentin ages in reverse so I would trust her in that regard if one were in that market.

I had a very pleasant experience at this dermatology office. Everyone was so warm and friendly which made me feel very relaxed before my tixel procedure. I was very impressed with Dr. Noell she was very friendly and professional. She explained indepth the tixel procedure I was going to undergo. Afterwards she was concerned with how I made out. I told her that I was surprised at how relatively easy it was. I was lucky that I was able to get my botox done there too. Dr. Noell explained her rationale regarding this procedure saying she wasn't going to overdue it because it takes a full month to get the final results. When I come back next month, she could add more if needed. That was very logical thinking which I was very impressed with. The entire atmosphere of this office was enjoyable 😉.

While surgery is never a fun experience, I can’t speak highly enough of SCSC. The receptionists worked with me on multiple occasions to ensure my paperwork was on file, and consistently provided clear guidance. When it came time for surgery, Dr. Montemarano’s skill was so apparent. It is rare to find a doctor with such a wonderful combination of medical talent and bedside manner. He went above and beyond (in what I’m sure was a long day for him) to perform my surgeries in a way that worked best for me. He made me feel comfortable, explained every step clearly, and even called to check up on me after surgery. Shreya was an absolute professional the entire day, and went out of her way multiple times to ensure my comfort and make my surgery a success. She fielded all my questions, even tracking down additional team members for information when needed. I’ve never felt like my health was taken so seriously, and really appreciate the entire team! Thanks for taking care of me.
