So glad I made the switch to Anne Arundel Dermatology in Towson! I used to go to Hopkins but could never get an appointment for my annual skin checks — they wouldn’t schedule a year out and were always booked when I called months in advance. I felt like just another number there. Here, the doctors and staff are super friendly and really know their stuff. They take the time to get to know you. They did a great job of explaining a biopsy and ultimately a small procedure to remove a suspicious spot in such a way that I felt more comfortable than I did concerned….they actually care. It’s been such a better experience all around! Definitely would recommend.

Staff courteous and professional

I am totally satisfied with his medical examinations. However, trying to get in touch by phone became a horror show since he became part of the larger group. The first call said there was a 39 minute wait time. I was able to leave a message to be called later. I was unable to answer the return call, but a message was left on my machine. Unfortunately, the message started skipping and I could not hear all of the new phone number to be called. My second call soon got the recorded message announcing the wait time as one minute. It then kept repeating the one minute wait time message over and over and over. After 5 minutes of this, I hung up. On my third try, the recording said over and over and over that the wait time was the 8 minutes. After getting frustrated again, I was about to hang up when suddenly the call was answered--by a lady who sounded very, very bored with her job.

Dr Becker is absolutely amazing! He is extremely smart and kind. I can be somewhat of a complex case and he always takes the time to listen, gives me time to go through my notes and photos, he never rushes me and I feel very confident in his diagnosis. He thinks outside the box when he needed. The staff is extremely caring and kind as well . I've been to many dermatologists and I truly appreciate Dr Becker's knowledge! Highly recommend seeing Dr Becker!

I have a sebaceous cyst that after many years has finally decided to become inflamed- getting a dermatologist who wants to handle the old-fashioned medical stuff is getting very hard to do as the MONEY these days is in the cosmetic stuff, Botox,fillers ,skin care lines , etc . These people can do it all, and do it promptly !

The office is new and modern. The staff exude customer service. The visit was timely and thorough. Exceptional experience!!

Dr. Andrew M. Operated on my face 10 years ago. Was extremely satisfied with him and the positive outcome. So happy to have the same outcome with the tumor removed from my ear by Dr. Chris K Nolan 2 years ago. Now on my 10th anniversary Dr. Andrew M. again did his magic and removed a serious Basal tumor from my scalp. Even called me later that evening to see how I was doing. Just a great surgeon and person.!

Absolutely wonderful staff! Such a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in the door. The front desk ladies are kind and do a wonderful job making sure everything is taken care of before you leave. I’ve never had more than a few minutes of wait time for my appointments and the entire process is smooth from start to finish. The nurses and medical staff are just as amazing as the front desk team and I cannot give enough compliments to do them justice. They handle everything before the doctor even arrives, which never takes more than a couple minutes, and are clearly the backbone that makes the process run so smoothly, they even have things ready before the physicians even need to ask. Gabriella Reed is one of the only providers that has left me feeling entirely positive about my experience in any medical office, I recommend her to anyone with any worries about their skin. She clearly knows what she’s talking about and addresses any worries about medications, treatments, or diagnoses with straightforward and easy to understand answers without judgement. I thank everyone in this office for such superb care and I look forward to my next appointment.

Great experience solved a lot of my issues and informed me on existing issues and how to manage them

Staff members are polite and helpful and there is very little wait time for appointments. Dr. Giblin never gives up when working to solve my concerns and improve my condition. He is very clear when sharing information and patiently listens and responds to my questions. I recommend Dr. Giblin to anyone, especially those with very extreme skin conditions. Dr. Giblin even fit me in on an already booked schedule because I was having concerns.

I cannot recommend Morgan Cheripko at Katz Dermatology highly enough. After months of struggling with a persistent forehead skin condition and seeing little improvement, I sought a second opinion with Morgan. She carefully evaluated my skin and changed my treatment plan and the difference has been incredible. Over the following months, my forehead improved dramatically. At my most recent follow-up, only a few small spots remained and today my forehead is virtually clear with no active spots. Looking back at the before-and-after photos in my chart, the improvement is remarkable. What I appreciated most was that Morgan was willing to reevaluate my condition instead of simply continuing a treatment that wasn't working. She explained what to expect, answered my questions, and created a treatment plan that ultimately gave me the results I had been hoping for. If you're struggling with a persistent condition or have been told one diagnosis but aren't getting better, I highly recommend seeing Morgan Cheripko. I'm incredibly grateful for the care I received and for helping me get my confidence back.

I couldn't wait to share my review here of Carolina Skin Care, in Pinehurst, NC!! My experience was most excellent. This facility provided me with a wonderful staff of professional and expert dermatology. My procedure was performed by Dr. Benjamin Norton who did a terrific job! Dr. Norton deserves many kudos for making me feel relaxed and for having the best bedside manner. I sometimes don't enjoy going to the doctor's (who does, really?!), but he made me feel comfortable and quite at ease. He let me know what he was doing, answered questions, had a nice sense of humor, and a nice jazzy soundtrack to listen to during the operation. Dr. Norton is incredibly cool and marvelous in his field!! His assistant made them the perfect team. They were expert in their capacities, with affable personalities that made the whole experience go down easily!! Today, I went back and had my stitches removed by Maria, and she was so great. The entire staff of professional skin care specialists are top notch! And the receptionists are wonderful as well. I cannot help but give, Carolina Skin Care, rave reviews for their attention, expertise, personalities, and care! Thank you, everyone!!!!

A wonderful practice

I can't thank this office enough I had to pay out of pocket to get diagnosed and to get a biopsy and the rates were very reasonable for someone with no insurance I'm extremely thankful for that. I was diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma Dr Johnson and his team did a fabulous job of treating it it was a painless procedure done reasonably quick and I feel very good about it I'm extremely thankful for Dr Johnson and his team. I would recommend this place to a family member or friend they are fabulous. Good communication aggressive with getting insurance situated and really good about getting an appointment as soon as possible

Dr. Smith, Hannah and the rest of the staff were amazing. They were thorough in their explanation of the procedure putting me at ease. They were caring while being efficient. Dr. smith even followed up later in the day to see how I was doing. Hopefully I will not require treatment in the future but, if I do, I will definitely choose Dr. Smith and the rest of the team again.

Nice doctor and nice staff

I have used Medi spa for many years for beauty treatments and products. The results are always perfect and the ladies are all terrific . Brittany, Trina , Dan , Cody have all taken care of me over the years and I highly recommend all of them . I have not seen the other providers but think they are top notch as well. Rhonda and Rachel are perfect with customer care ! I give a 10 out of 10 !

I walked in and signed in and was called to go back to a room witin 15 minutes. I saw Whitney Sharp, NP within 5 minutes and she was very nice, courteous, and prompt. I was in and out of clinic in about 35 minutes total. I would recommend this clinic to everyone that I know.

They are kind when you arrive, punctual in the time of attending, attentive, empathetic which is very important I had also seen other Dermatologists but no one had helped me Dr. Maben is the only one who has helped me even they help you with the approval of your medications thanks to them my confidence, safety has improved because my skin has improved too much and my eczema already lets me sleep and I was able to leave the house with confidence and security again and by the way I have been with the Doctor for almost 1 year waiting for the review

Pleasant staff but I wish they came to Berlin more than 2X/month for Mohs surgery!

Had a great visit today. The ladies are wonderful here. Got my Tremfya sample in less than 24hrs because insurance is being cranky about filling it, so to hole me over I got a sample and some injections for my hair thinning. I drive over an hour to come here and would drive even more to have this as my care team!

I'm so pleased I went there. They are friendly and I felt I had great care. Her expertise is very impressive. She treated some pre-cancerous cells at my first appointment! I didn't give a 5 star because it took 3 months to get an appointment.

As an established patient of Academic Alliance in Dermatology, I continue to be pleased with Dr. Lam and his staff. The office is run on a timely basis, is comfortable, and very clean. Since Dr. Lam was booked out, and I wanted an appointment fairly soon, I accepted an appointment in the Tarpon office with his PA, Morgan. I was exceedingly pleased with Morgan's professional expertise and her sensitivity to my anxiety. She explained the skin condition clearly and offered me medical advice on what could be done to treat it. I chose to have her shave off the seborria keratosis patch on my skin. Morgan is very skilled, and the process went very smoothly. She explained the aftercare. Morgan's assistant, Taliah, was very attentive and proficient. I am very happy with the talented professionalism both women showed me and with the office in general.

I don’t understand the negative reviews I have seen online! This office is beautiful, clean and relaxing. I was a little bit nervous as I haven’t been to a dermatologist in a few years. The front office staff was inviting and friendly. Rhonda, the assistant was friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. The PA Joseph made me feel very comfortable with the skin biopsy procedure I received in office ON THE SAME DAY OF MY APPOINTMENT! I was very surprised to be able to have the procedure at the time of my appointment! He seemed very knowledgeable and explained to me the abnormalities I should look out for in my skin. Overall, I had a very positive experience and will be returning in 12 months time for a check up. I will be recommending friends and family to your office.

Great experience. Location is easy to get to and comfortable inside. Staff was very nice and welcoming. Good music playing (does that matter for a dermatologist? Maybe not, but I liked it!) I was seen quickly and my questions/concerns were addressed in a way that was reassuring and informative. Felt listened to and properly attended to.

This is a new practice for us since we recently moved downtown We didn’t know what to expect. When we entered for our appointment, my wife and I were greeted by a friendly desk staff. We filled out some information and only had to wait about 10 more minutes before we were taken back to the examination. The Esthetician Antonella was Extremely friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful. Shortly after she took our information our Nurse Tiffany came to examine us. She was also extremely friendly, extremely knowledgeable, extremely helpful and made us feel very comfortable. The girl that checked us out was super friendly and nice as well. We have been going to a dermatologist every six months for many many years and this was right up there with best overall treatment we’ve ever received. From walking in to walking out. Of all of the places we could have picked we absolutely hit the jackpot! Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!
