This is a nice place to be treated. I had my second visit yesterday. This is a family setting. Derrick who is the support staff has been very helpful with making easy appts. that will fit your schedule. I was seen by Lina who took care of me .She was just great. My skin is looking good. She also know what medications are working for you. You will feel very much at home. This office is not crowded like most places. Everyone was pleasant and not cranky like some staff in doctor's offices. I would highly recommend this office. Plus the office is clean even the bathroom is clean. Plenty of parking at this location.

We had a great experience with Whitney Colella, PA. She saw all three of our girls. They are all different ages, & she was kind in making them feel comfortable in a way that fit their age. She was knowledgeable & did thorough skin checks. She was gentle with my youngest when helping with a spot on her foot. What meant the most was that she respected our preferences. She offered recommendations that fit what we were comfortable with instead of pushing something else once she listened to our skin care needs. We are so thankful for her compassionate care. I had a visit recently with Tao Kim at Anne Arundel Dermatology. The wait once I arrived was minimal. Tao and her assistant (truly sorry I don't remember her name) , but she was wonderful, making me feel comfortable and getting me ready for my full body check. So happy to have the same outcome with the tumor removed from my ear by Dr. Chris K Nolan 2 years ago. Now on my 10th anniversary Dr. Andrew M. again did his magic and removed a serious Basal tumor from my scalp. Even called me later that evening to see how I was doing. This was my second vist. The first visit was 4 yrs ago. The healthcare professional who provided the excellent care last time was Tracey Cloninger PA-C, so I asked if she was available and she was. The service this visit was exceptional once again. My appoitment was scheduled for 10:40am and it was kept (which for a medical office is almost unheard of). The nurse who assisted Tracy was Dorian who did the prep and finish work, answering all my questions about care of the site were the biopsy was. She was very profesdional. If you're having difficulty getting an appoitmebt or your provider is having problems keeping the appointment, next time ask for Tracy and her team.

We had such a wonderful experience at the dermatology office today. My 10-year-old daughter had a mole removed from her head, and honestly, I was much more nervous than she was! I have been going to the Anne Arundel Dermatology Clinic in Hagerstown for about 8 months. From the moment you walk in you can tell they care. The lobby is spotless.! Proceed to the front desk and you will meet some really nice, and professional receptionists. I have never had a moment where I thought someone was being rude or impatient checking me in, or checking me out after an appointment and scheduling the next. I see PA-C Ashley Kum. SHE. IS AMAZING.!.!.! She is so professional, polite and kind. She evidently loves her position there and what she does. I have never seen her without her smile. It makes a patient feel more relaxed knowing their provider is happy and in a good mood.! I've told my mother about my experiences there and now she wants to come see Ms Ashley Kum and get some things taken care of. I only gave 5 stars because that's the most I could give.
