What an outstanding experience this was. It is always alarming when you hear the word cancer. That strikes terror. This facility is just wonderful. They made me feel comfortable. listened, provided all the information regarding the procedure. My cancer is gone and now the healing begins. My suggestion is preparation is everything. Make sure you have all that you need for the first 24 to 48 hrs. Ask questions, write down your own questions. do exactly as prescribed and you will be great. Overall great experience. The service they use to book appointments and acquire documents online works fast and smoothly. Front desk was warm and welcoming. I waited about ten minutes which was no big deal. The physician quickly assessed my concerns and made sure I understood her explanation/diagnosis. I booked another appointment as a follow up and was on my way. My only suggestion would be maybe some light music playing in the waiting room. I had my second microneedling session with Cam, and it was very relaxing. The topical numbing made the procedure feel like a relaxing skin scrub. I am already seeing great results since we added on the PRP. The procedure itself is quick and easy with a quick healing time that looked like a mild sun burn. No one could even tell I just had a microneedling session when I got back to work! Cam and the entire team are Awesome! Looking forward to my third session!!

Dr. Momtemarano was amazing. One of the best doctor experiences I've had.... ever. I went in for a potentially unpleasant experience, a cancer biopsy of a badly discolored pinkie toe nail, which I was told beforehand would involve drilling into it or removal of the entire nail. In the end, he did pry off and pull out the entire nail and then slice into the tissue underneath to get a biopsy sample. The thing that hurt the most was the anaesthesia injection. Despite the invasiveness of it all, my primary experience of it was, "wow, what a confident, competent, calming and friendly presence this doctor is!" He has a super warm bedside manner, as well as an extraordinary ability to explain complex things, listen actively and respond, and instill a sense of comfort. He was great. I'd go back in tomorrow to have another toenail removed just for the good conversation.

Today withOUT* anesthesia I had a sub-category of a squamous cell carcinoma removed, pretty small sized. Dr. Zook was more than willing to do it *with NO lidocaine. He used ice 3 times which may have helped (smart), removed it very quickly, it was next to painless for ME--but I've done this before and also had 6 or more teeth drilled without novocaine. He is friendly, cheerful, informative and a precision "cutter" as he got it all first try. I am very happy.

This was my second vist. The first visit was 4 yrs ago. The healthcare professional who provided the excellent care last time was Tracey Cloninger PA-C, so I asked if she was available and she was. The service this visit was exceptional once again. My appoitment was scheduled for 10:40am and it was kept (which for a medical office is almost unheard of). The nurse who assisted Tracy was Dorian who did the prep and finish work, answering all my questions about care of the site were the biopsy was. She was very profesdional. If you're having difficulty getting an appoitmebt or your provider is having problems keeping the appointment, next time ask for Tracy and her team.
