I've been a patient at Excel for 15 years they're always super efficient, take time to answer my concerns, explain their diagnosis and procedures. Dr. Suarez has been my primary dr. but just had my first visit with Dr. Fink and very please with her very open, informative attitude and very skillful procedure she completed. Excel is the best practice around town.

The office is very professional and pleasant to visit. The centralization under the Anne Arundel umbrella can make it difficult to contact them directly but once there the level of service is very good. Getting appointments through the central service works well though once one gets to the specific office schedule.

A great experience. Front desk staff is nice and welcoming. The NP and medical aide were professional and fun to be around...and of course no long wait times, I didn't feel rushed, and the care was excellent.

After the retirement of my longtime dermatologist, I sought out a new doctor in my area. After a considerable search, I decided to see Dr. Umer Ansari. I completed my first visit with him today. Dr. Ansari is a young, thorough, and professional doctor. He took time to explain the issues that I presented, and treatment was completed in short order. I was very impressed by his knowledge and approach to treatment. I would recommend him highly to anyone searching for a dermatologist in the northern Baltimore or Towson area. On a final note, I was equally impressed with his support staff, who were very pleasant and accommodating.

I recently had squamous removal surgery on my nose at the Skin Cancer Surgery Center in Fairfax, Va. My surgeon, Jonathan Smith, D.O., was exceptionally professional during the entire process as were the entire support staff. What I feared was going to be"scary experience" was mitigated down to a rather routine, cordial visit to the "doctors office" in the end. I would grade this overall process as an A.

Zoe and the staff there are very professional and very knowledgeable about all the issues I had!! got 4 cut off and am working on getting the rest burned off!! Zoe makes you feel like it's no big deal she knows what she is doing!! I had a spot for 4 years and she said I have an aggressive carcinoma type of cancer and Zoe and the staff cut it out and got it all the very first time!! I have had spots pop up and one call to them and I was in with in days and cut a piece for biopsy 3 days later got the call and 3 days later was getting them addressed!!! Anytime I have a spot of any kind of questions they get right back with answers!!!

Best woman of color dermatologist there is! Hands down! I started struggling with acne again in my 30s, and I’ve been seeing Dr. Boswell for about two years now. One thing I’ve learned is that acne treatment is not one-size-fits-all. What works for one person may not work for another. It took some time, patience, and trial and error for us to figure out what worked best for my skin, but we finally got there! I can proudly say I have ZERO bumps on my face, and we’re now working on my hyperpigmentation! I absolutely love this office! Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming. I was there today to have my second squamous cell carcinoma removed from my scalp, as well as another one removed from my leg. The building is brand new, exceptionally clean, and very welcoming. Everyone on the staff was professional, friendly, and genuinely caring from the moment I arrived. The doctors and staff took the time to answer my questions, explain the procedures, and make me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I had struggled with a stubborn wart on my index finger for over five years, going through multiple dermatologists and countless treatments—everything seemed to work temporarily, but it always came back. Doctor Lanuti is highly capable, effective and efficient. Other doctors told me they could not remove a mole on my scalp but she quickly and easily removed it. Never a problem after that. She has also spotted and treated issues that I previously just accepted as irreversible. Always kind and courteous always helpful.

Hii I was the girl with the split dye pink and black hair.. My derm, Dr. Cheater is one of the best.. Unfortunately I don't go there anymore because I recently moved but I HAVE to deliver my experience for these ladies... One of the BEST doctors I personally feel like I can go to. Thoroughly explains everything I need and just a really overall great doctor. And the ladies at the front desk.. They had no issues making me feel so welcomed the first second I walked in the door. Extremely professional and super sweet I recommend and even fondly speak about this staff to my Piers and family. I just wanted to hop on here and personally thank everyone who I spoke to here because credit is definitely earned.

It had been years since I was at the dermatologist and I was a but anxious for this appointment. Turns out, that was not at all necessary! From check in with Jocelyn and Jaycee, to check out with Meghan (with interaction with Joann, too!), I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in, was 100% comfortable through the entire visit, and felt valued as a patient. The tech/assistant (I will butcher the spelling but her name reminded me of Marina) who escorted me to the exam room was super friendly and helped me be at ease with her explanation of what I should expect. The doctor I saw (Kerri), was so patient and thorough, making sure that all of my concerns were addressed and that I understood what she was doing during the head-to-toe exam. I will recommend this practice to anyone who needs a dermatologist!

I traveled from Waynesville no to charlotte no and was not disappointed..

I cannot recommend Dr. Sylvia Suarez enough!!! She is thorough, caring and personable. I have been going to her for over a decade and have ongoing issues with sun damaged skin and precancerous lesions (results of being fair skinned and living an active outdoor life). Twice she has diagnosed squamous cell carcinomas and referred me to an excellent surgeon (Dr. Rosemary Liu) to have them removed. Since first becoming a patient of Dr. Suarez, I have moved out of the area but still eagerly drive an hour to continue to see her. She is worth every minute, and more, in the car for me .Rock Star Dermatologist!!! And her “Right Arm, Ha Tran, follows in her footsteps.

I was extremely nervous going into this procedure. The whole staff was comforting and kind. They really did their best to put me at ease and make sure I was comfortable. I really appreciated that so much!

I used to go to Hopkins but could never get an appointment for my annual skin checks — they wouldn’t schedule a year out and were always booked when I called months in advance. I felt like just another number there. Here, the doctors and staff are super friendly and really know their stuff. They take the time to get to know you. They did a great job of explaining a biopsy and ultimately a small procedure to remove a suspicious spot in such a way that I felt more comfortable than I did concerned….they actually care. It’s been such a better experience all around! Definitely would recommend.

I had an excellent experience at this center. The staff and Dr. Johnathan Smith were incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. Dr. Smith took the time to listen to my concerns and went above and beyond to make sure the scar on my face would be barely visible. I’m truly pleased with the results and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for skilled and compassionate care.

I've always received excellent care. Tanya is great at what she does, the ladies in the office are always so kind and it's an easy location attached to the parking garage. It's a win!

I was made to feel comfortable by admissions and treated very kindly with respect during the biopsy.. Made an appointment and returned a few weeks later, again the people were very kind and courteous, did not have to wait very long and having the carcinoma which was worrisome...they made me feel very comfortable and we talked during the procedure to remove the cancer.. Highest praise to some wonderful people at Anne Arundel Dermatology in Eldersburg..

I was behind on monitoring my skin care. Have had lots of sun exposure. Able to get an appointment right away. Lovely staff who take time for explanations. Great office team & Doc

Only a 15 minute delay, then the procedure was real quick. Would have preferred to put the gown on in private.

My teenager has been experiencing some treatment-resistant acne, for which her pediatrician referred her to dermatology after exhausting the usual suspects of medication combos. My kiddo has been to a couple of previous (male) providers who just didn't make her feel comfortable, or like she was part of the treatment plan being discussed. We ended up seeing Semhar Mekonen, APRN, with Academic Alliance in Dermatology in Countryside, and couldn't be happier! She was very kind and understanding, and we really felt like we had a tx plan in place moving forward. My kiddo is also 17 and able to go to her checkups solo if needed.
