Anne Arundel Dermatology in Prince Frederick is the only place I go to be treated and get skin exams. They are prompt, courteous, professional and thorough. I have had two precancerous moles removed over the years. No scarring and no problems. They were especially aggressive with the last one, as we knew it could have gone to carcenoma any time. The treating physician took what to me was a large portion of tissue out, and sutured it aggressively. It healed so well that today no one can tell I ever had it done. The PA there is so good that he identified what I had my whole life thought was a mole as a Seborreic keratosis. Unconvinced I had him remove it. I was wrong, he was right. The thing has stayed gone ever since, and I will always be grateful for it. No one could ever tell it had been on my arm for 50 years, because it is gone 10,000%.

Amazing staff, and great doctor! I love this place

I am totally satisfied with his medical examinations. However, trying to get in touch by phone became a horror show since he became part of the larger group. The first call said there was a 39 minute wait time. I was able to leave a message to be called later. I was unable to answer the return call, but a message was left on my machine. Unfortunately, the message started skipping and I could not hear all of the new phone number to be called. My second call soon got the recorded message announcing the wait time as one minute. It then kept repeating the one minute wait time message over and over and over. After 5 minutes of this, I hung up. On my third try, the recording said over and over and over that the wait time was the 8 minutes. After getting frustrated again, I was about to hang up when suddenly the call was answered--by a lady who sounded very, very bored with her job.

Very professional, excellent service. I highly recommend this practice for your dermatological needs.

I have been going to Anne Arundel Dermatology for several years for routine care with Lisa Laumann, who is terrific. After a biopsy I was found to have cancer, and had MOHS surgery yesterday with Dr. Dolan at their surgical center in Annapolis. The care from everyone there, from start to finish, was superb despite how busy they were. I highly recommend AAD for anyone with dermatological issues. Thanks!

I want to preface this by saying I have severe social anxiety and advocating for my health is not easy for me to do. This was my first visit at AA Dermatology- Columbia. I was seen by Mackenzie Doshi, P.A.-C for a severe eczema flare up on my hands. I had been seen by others previously and they just kept giving me creams that I made clear to them, were not working for me. Dr. Doshi listened to my concerns and actually came up with a different treatment plan to try. I haven’t started the new regimen yet but I already feel better knowing that I have someone that will listen to me and treat me as an individual because healthcare is not one size fits all.

I always am seen at my appointment time and never wait more than a couple of minutes to see Dr. Dhar after I am taken to the exam room. Dr. Dhar is so pleasant and even better is very thorough in his exams. He caught a very early melanoma I hadn't even noticed and is very gentle. I wish all my medical providers were like him! The office staff is also very good. I highly recommend this office.

Upon arrival, I was greeted respectfully, the office was clean and orderly. The staff, they were respectful and polite. The staff worked efficiently to handle the clientele. I didn't even wait but maybe 5 minutes until I was called back. They were very professional. The doctor and his assistant answered all my questions even though some of my questions might have been "stupid". I look forward to going back. They gave me options on treatment. I liked the fact that they didn't just push a agenda or prerogative. They consider their clients.

I've been a patient at Excel for 15 years they're always super efficient, take time to answer my concerns, explain their diagnosis and procedures. Dr. Suarez has been my primary dr. but just had my first visit with Dr. Fink and very please with her very open, informative attitude and very skillful procedure she completed. Excel is the best practice around town.

I feel very Blessed to have found Anne Arundel Dermatology. Dr. Brandon Mitchell is a Godsend. I appreciate his keen eye in detecting the cancers so quickly. Excellent work in the removal process. Scaring has been minimal and will be hard to detect. His caring nature during an unknown time is reassuring. The staff at this office are excellent as well. I appreciate all of them very very much. Dr. Andrew M. Operated on my face 10 years ago. Was extremely satisfied with him and the positive outcome. So happy to have the same outcome with the tumor removed from my ear by Dr. Chris K Nolan 2 years ago. Now on my 10th anniversary Dr. Andrew M. again did his magic and removed a serious Basal tumor from my scalp. Even called me later that evening to see how I was doing. Just a great surgeon and person.!

I needed stitches removed. My wait time was a little long but the nurse who removed the stitches was very nice. She did a good job and helped me with another area that needed a new covering that I can’t reach myself. I didn’t need to see the doctor this time which was fine.

This is my third year going for my annual checkup and extremely please with this office. They are thorough, courteous and professional.

I booked two different dermatology appointments, one here and another at a nearby facility. Anne Arundel Dermatology scheduled me within a week and a half, the other place was a month and a half out. Then I thought, well, let me see how my experience goes here and worse case I can just go to the other appt as a second opinion. Truth was, I cancelled the second appt. Marianne was absolutely wonderful. I had a few areas of concern, she addressed each one and how each spot was different. Educated me on what I was dealing with and provided treatment options that didn't include invasive surgery. The spots that were suspect she measured, gave me options and we made a plan to monitor for changes, then additional treatment, as needed. Highly recommend!

Dr. Germanas takes the time to listen and clearly explains his recommendations. He comes highly recommended.

They are kind when you arrive, punctual in the time of attending, attentive, empathetic which is very important I had also seen other Dermatologists but no one had helped me Dr. Maben is the only one who has helped me even they help you with the approval of your medications thanks to them my confidence, safety has improved because my skin has improved too much and my eczema already lets me sleep and I was able to leave the house with confidence and security again and by the way I have been with the Doctor for almost 1 year waiting for the review

Dawn at the front desk was very patient and understanding. Carly Griffies did her usual very meticulous exam, I 've always felt like she'd miss nothing that could do me harm.

The only thing that was horrible was the 5 to 6 month wait to be seen, but after that (so far) EVERYTHING and EVERYONE has been freaking AMAZING!!!! (Now just a two day wait for the surgery to remove this painful lump)

Dr. Becker is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly stays up to date with the latest research, treatments, and medications in dermatology. I had a wonderful experience with Danielle Johnson, PA-C at Virginia Dermatology. Scheduling an appointment through the patient portal was very easy and was able to be seen within a few weeks. I was pleasantly surprised when the office even called to offer me an earlier appointment. When I arrived, check-in was quick and I had hardly any wait time. I only waited a few minutes before Danielle came into the room. She quickly diagnosed the spot on my forearm that had been bothering and concerning me, and she also took the time to look at a few other areas I was worried about. What impressed me most was that she was able to remove the spot right then and there during the same visit, which I truly appreciated. Danielle was compassionate, friendly, and has an excellent bedside manner. She made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment and provided very clear aftercare instructions before I left. I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Sabini. She went out of her way to squeeze me in for an appointment, which I truly appreciated. I don’t normally see her at the Suwanee office, but after this visit I was so impressed. I also ran into a problem with a new credit card, and Sam Coad, the site manager, immediately stepped in and saved the day. Her kindness and helpfulness made an already great visit even better. I had the best experience here, Brittany was incredible. She listened to all my ramblings about my skin, my concerns, fears etc. She mare me feel heard, and came up with a great plan for me. The treatment I received from her truly delivered exactly what I was hoping for! I’ve not had this great of results from Botox in a long time!! I will be back!!

I have been seeing Dr. Connie in April and the rest of the staff there over three years now. The only regret that I have is that I can’t go about once a week. I just love those people. They’re so kind and Dr. Connie is so gentle she’s just amazing. And she has had me on the same medication for my black psoriasis and it has worked out wonderfully God bless each and every one of them and I hope they stay in business for a good long time. I would recommend them over anybody in the Tri-County area because I’ve seen two or three of them and Connie and her staff are barn. Hands-down the best that I’ve ever been. I can’t leave April her office manager out. She is absolutely amazing just like Dr Connie!! She is an absolutely amazing human being. She cares so much for her patience. And I just tell you I don’t think I wanna go anywhere else. My wife and I will be lifelong fans of Dr. Connie and April as well as the practice because everybody in there is wonderful God bless each and everyone of you and have a great day.

From making an appointment, to arriving at the medical office and meeting with the doctor, Anne Arundel Dermatology is excellent from beginning to end. Dr. Dawn is professional, and an excellent surgeon who shows great concern and care for her patients. I am so grateful to have her as my doctor.
