Needless to say, no one looks forward to MOHS surgery - especially on their face. That being said, the team here was superb, from the Surgical Techs to the Doctors themselves. I like the fact that the team is largely made up of veterans who have been forward deployed in combat conditions. Dr. Dolan was professional, calm and clearly cared about my outcome. Everything was explained step by step, including post op instructions. Finally, they were very responsive to my follow up questions submitted by text. Highly recommend this practice. I especially appreciate the check in after my procedure to see how I was doing.

I had to have MOHS procedure done for squamous cell carcinoma on my leg. The staff was amazing! From check in to check out was great. Everyone was professional and very nice. Mikaela (not sure if spelled correctly) made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Dr. Malone was wonderful and ended up getting a clear margin the first time. They explained everything along the way and that was great! They took my concerns very seriously and worked with me. I could not have ask for better! I highly recommend this office! Finding a place with a dermatologist, surgeon, and Photo Dynamic Therapy expert in the same building is a major plus. I've now seen Dr. Kushner to check out my skin issues three times and I find his upbeat personality, professionalism, expertise, and ability to communicate issues all to be top-notch. His assistants have all proven to be friendly and also very professional. I've also had four sessions of PTD (light treatment of pre-cancerous cells) which, while very uncomfortable for a few minutes, has proven to be much easier to go through because of the expertise and warmth of Kate. Good visit. Long wait due to new software system. Being in IT, the data was not ported over correctly leaving the staff to enter the data. Understood that even the first and last names were switched and the staff had to change themselves. Before the next office is upgraded, I suggest the implementation plan be changed to perform more robust data conversion testing. This suggestion is made based on my 30 years in IT. The visit with Kevin Blazer was great and his assistant was wonderful. They answered all my questions very well.

As usual, Dr. M is a positive professional. I have had many surgeries here over the years and my face is proof he does an excellent job. Years later, the scars are almost undetectable. I have had the CoolSculpting procedure here and have had stellar results due to the knowledge and support of the amazing team at Dr. McDaniels office. I can honestly say that if for any reason they do not feel a particular procedure is the right fit for you they will take the time to educate you and point you in the right direction. It is not about the money in this office it is about finding the right procedure for the person. I continue to go there for fillers and Botox on a regular basis and could not be more pleased. I couldn't wait to share my review here of Carolina Skin Care, in Pinehurst, NC!! My experience was most excellent. This facility provided me with a wonderful staff of professional and expert dermatology. My procedure was performed by Dr. Benjamin Norton who did a terrific job! Dr. Norton deserves many kudos for making me feel relaxed and for having the best bedside manner. I sometimes don't enjoy going to the doctor's (who does, really?!), but he made me feel comfortable and quite at ease. He let me know what he was doing, answered questions, had a nice sense of humor, and a nice jazzy soundtrack to listen to during the operation. Dr. Norton is incredibly cool and marvelous in his field!! His assistant made them the perfect team. They were expert in their capacities, with affable personalities that made the whole experience go down easily!! Today, I went back and had my stitches removed by Maria, and she was so great. The entire staff of professional skin care specialists are top notch! And the receptionists are wonderful as well. After seeing a number of estheticians, I finally booked a facial with Amanda following several recommendations. She is definitely the best esthetician I have used. Her knowledge and skill of skincare is only exceeded by her genuine desire to meet my specific needs. I went here and the atmosphere is AMAZING. Plenty of chairs, and not a ton of people waiting. My appointment was fast. The front desk lady was nice. The assistant with the broken arm was professional, and PA-C Alyssa was very professional. She even explained things as she went along. My only issue is how bright the examination room is. I had to look down a bit just to avoid the light, but that's fine. They need the light to look at your skin. Overall, they get an A+
