Just had 3rd MOHS procedure in the last six years; all three good. Dr. Liu has been great. His assistant Kelly was exceptional: personable, optimistic, efficient, and capable.

They were amazing. Absolutely a 10/10 experience for me. They made me feel heard, they explained things in a way that made sense, and showed me a clear path to recovery that I didn't think was possible. In addition to this, I had a medical episode at the end of my appointment, and they all did an amazing job at helping me and not making me feel bad about what happened. They are all so sweet, professional, and I can tell they care about their patients. If the doctor, nurses, and student doctor/nurse that was there is reading this. Thank you! You all did amazing and I will be getting some help about the medical episode I had, and I feel way better now. Thank you! I will 100% be coming back to North Atlanta Dermatology at Buford again!

I cannot recommend the Skin Cancer Surgery Center enough. Dr Montemarano performed MOS surgery on me and he was fantastic, taking the time to talk me through the procedure both before, as it was happening, and after. Everyone at the center, in fact, from the receptionist, to the assistants and nurses, and the doctor could not have been nicer or more helpful. I hope you never have need of them, but if you do have skin cancer, I would whole heartedly recommend them.

I easily and quickly got an appointment. The staff were very nice! The nurse even held my hand when I had to get a lidocaine injection and helped calm my nerves. I have a four week follow up to confirm that my issue is solved but so far so good!

I don’t understand the negative reviews I have seen online! This office is beautiful, clean and relaxing. I was a little bit nervous as I haven’t been to a dermatologist in a few years. The front office staff was inviting and friendly. Rhonda, the assistant was friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. The PA Joseph made me feel very comfortable with the skin biopsy procedure I received in office ON THE SAME DAY OF MY APPOINTMENT! I was very surprised to be able to have the procedure at the time of my appointment! He seemed very knowledgeable and explained to me the abnormalities I should look out for in my skin. Overall, I had a very positive experience and will be returning in 12 months time for a check up. I will be recommending friends and family to your office.

I was seen early, treated promptly, and was completely satisfied with the service.

I am totally satisfied with his medical examinations. However, trying to get in touch by phone became a horror show since he became part of the larger group. The first call said there was a 39 minute wait time. I was able to leave a message to be called later. I was unable to answer the return call, but a message was left on my machine. Unfortunately, the message started skipping and I could not hear all of the new phone number to be called. My second call soon got the recorded message announcing the wait time as one minute. It then kept repeating the one minute wait time message over and over and over. After 5 minutes of this, I hung up. On my third try, the recording said over and over and over that the wait time was the 8 minutes. After getting frustrated again, I was about to hang up when suddenly the call was answered--by a lady who sounded very, very bored with her job.

5 stars to a very professional doctor, Amy Bayon. She handled the skin problem I had right then and there.

The location was convenient and easy to find. Parking was plentiful and adjacent to the building housing the clinic. Since I had successful Malignant Melanoma surgery back in 1994 in Naperville, IL, I relocated my family to Wilmington. Immediately I looked for an experienced dermatologist to help me watch out for future cancer possibilities. I found Dr, Jonathan Crane and have been with him and his staff now for over 19 years . HIs company's name has changed several times but his friendly, experienced care has kept me protected and safe all these years. I have recommended him and his services to anyone who as ever asked me for this type of healthcare.

I had a great experience. My specialist was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I felt my skin was very well cared for. And although it takes several days to see the benefits of a chemical peel, my skin looked tighter and more clear immediately after. I will be returning for more services because I was so pleased with my experience.

Been going here for years. McDaniel practically erased the dog bite scar I have on my lip. I was terrified to get any procedures done, but after lots of research I settled on Dr. McDaniel because of his experience and expertise. The current doctor was personally trained and shadowed by him for quite some time before he fully retired. She clearly love what she does and she’s very very skilled at it. The skincare gal is also amazing! The whole staff makes the experience top notch.

These folks are willing to help when you may have an appointment issue not to mention their quality of care. I am always impressed.

Today’s visit was excellent. We waited less than 10 minutes in the lobby, and the front desk staff were, as always, very friendly and welcoming. Our appointment was with Dr. Matthew Zook for the scheduled removal of a cyst above our three-year-old son’s eye. Both Dr. Zook and his assistant were incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. As fairly anxious parents with a language barrier, we had many questions, and they took the time to answer every one of them without hesitation, making us feel comfortable and supported throughout the entire visit. The procedure itself was very quick. Our son only shed two tears — honestly, my husband and I were much more nervous than he was! After the procedure, we were given clear instructions for aftercare, a prescription for an ointment, and reassurance that everything had gone very well. We are now waiting for the biopsy results, which should be available in about 10 days. Thank you to Dr. Zook and his assistant for their professionalism, expertise, compassion, and excellent care. Going to a Doctor that’s going to tell you if you have or don’t have skin cancer is very stressful. Atlantic Dermatology was absolutely amazing. I felt very comfortable and treated with the care I was looking for.

While surgery is never a fun experience, I can’t speak highly enough of SCSC. The receptionists worked with me on multiple occasions to ensure my paperwork was on file, and consistently provided clear guidance. When it came time for surgery, Dr. Montemarano’s skill was so apparent. It is rare to find a doctor with such a wonderful combination of medical talent and bedside manner. He went above and beyond (in what I’m sure was a long day for him) to perform my surgeries in a way that worked best for me. He made me feel comfortable, explained every step clearly, and even called to check up on me after surgery. Shreya was an absolute professional the entire day, and went out of her way multiple times to ensure my comfort and make my surgery a success. She fielded all my questions, even tracking down additional team members for information when needed. I’ve never felt like my health was taken so seriously, and really appreciate the entire team! Whitney NP is amazing. Whitney always makes you feel like you are just not another patient. She really is very concerned about your diagnosis. She'll always tell us call me if you have any questions or concerns. We had issues with the pharmacy at the beginning of going to Miss Whitney and is she fixed that problem right away . You can tell she is on your side and she will help you in any way she can. She is very caring and knowledgeable. Her male nurse I wished I knew his name. But we had him the last two visits to the office. He is a ray of sunshine. He makes you feel very comfortable. And you can tell he really loves his job. I have worked in the healthcare for years. This facility provided me with a wonderful staff of professional and expert dermatology. My procedure was performed by Dr. Benjamin Norton who did a terrific job! Dr. Norton deserves many kudos for making me feel relaxed and for having the best bedside manner. I sometimes don't enjoy going to the doctor's (who does, really?!), but he made me feel comfortable and quite at ease. He let me know what he was doing, answered questions, had a nice sense of humor, and a nice jazzy soundtrack to listen to during the operation. Dr. Norton is incredibly cool and marvelous in his field!! His assistant made them the perfect team. They were expert in their capacities, with affable personalities that made the whole experience go down easily!! Today, I went back and had my stitches removed by Maria, and she was so great. The entire staff of professional skin care specialists are top notch! And the receptionists are wonderful as well. Amazingly Awesome the entire staff

Christina and Dr. Stephanie Pascale were amazing! They addressed all my concerns, completed a very thorough skin check and put me at ease. They biopsied 1 mole. The procedure was quick and surprisingly painless. Christina expertly numbed the area with lidocaine which felt like a very small pinch and then after that I couldn’t feel a thing during the biopsy! It is now several hours later and the lidocaine around the area is still in effect so the after procedure pain is also very minimal making it easy for me to go about my day. I will definitely be back yearly!

There are not enough words I could use to describe what a breath of fresh air my experience was!!!! I had a horrible experience at a different Whiteville medical office the day before and really felt the overall attitude in Whiteville was "we dont think you matter or your time is not valued". Ding: Parking is confusing and atrocious, with poor signage and a multi level garage behind the building that doesn't align and attach to the building unless you enter the magic entrance in a dank, creepy stairwell. So plan to arrive 1 hour early and you just might make it in time. 👤😵‍💫
