Very minimal wait time. The Dr., PA, medical assistant are all professional and courteous and provide ample time to listen and explain. Great people -- from super kind front desk staff, to medical assistants and para professionals, to Mariella Purvis, PA-C, who is a gem. 💎 5 stars! Ding: Parking is confusing and atrocious, with poor signage and a multi level garage behind the building that doesn't align and attach to the building unless you enter the magic entrance in a dank, creepy stairwell. So plan to arrive 1 hour early and you just might make it in time. 👤😵💫

Had a great first experience with Raleigh Dermatology. Dr. Signorelli was very friendly and explained everything that needed to be done. The staff and MA were also equally friendly. Wait time was little to none (less than 10 minutes) on a weekday afternoon, and new patient paperwork was easily completed through their iPads. I look forward to continuing to use their services! Edit - I received a bill in the mail for my visit to Raleigh Dermatology and noticed a pricing discrepancy. I contacted their Customer Service and the representative was very kind and thorough. The front desk ladies are kind and do a wonderful job making sure everything is taken care of before you leave. I’ve never had more than a few minutes of wait time for my appointments and the entire process is smooth from start to finish. The nurses and medical staff are just as amazing as the front desk team and I cannot give enough compliments to do them justice. They handle everything before the doctor even arrives, which never takes more than a couple minutes, and are clearly the backbone that makes the process run so smoothly, they even have things ready before the physicians even need to ask. Gabriella Reed is one of the only providers that has left me feeling entirely positive about my experience in any medical office, I recommend her to anyone with any worries about their skin. She clearly knows what she’s talking about and addresses any worries about medications, treatments, or diagnoses with straightforward and easy to understand answers without judgement. If you have not had a hydra facial, schedule you appointment with Amanda at Meridiem Derm Spa at AA Dermatology. She gives an excellent HydraFacial and you leave with a very clean face, free of built up dirt and lotions. The procedure takes under an hour, but the results last 5-6 weeks. I visited Sharnel Reed for a CoolPeel Tetra Laser treatment and she completely exceeded my expectations. Her knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care for her patients stood out from the moment I walked in. Throughout the entire procedure, she checked in regularly to make sure I was comfortable and reminded me that I could speak up at any point — which made the whole experience feel really relaxed and stress-free. I want to preface this by saying I have severe social anxiety and advocating for my health is not easy for me to do. This was my first visit at AA Dermatology- Columbia. I was seen by Mackenzie Doshi, P.A.-C for a severe eczema flare up on my hands. I had been seen by others previously and they just kept giving me creams that I made clear to them, were not working for me. Dr. Doshi listened to my concerns and actually came up with a different treatment plan to try. I haven’t started the new regimen yet but I already feel better knowing that I have someone that will listen to me and treat me as an individual because healthcare is not one size fits all.

The staff at this facility are awesome and amazing they tended to my every need they made sure all the time that I wasn't being hurt and that I was comfortable and they informed me of everything they were doing and explained everything in terms that I understood they are the best place that I could have went to and I guarantee you if you need a dermatologist and you go there you will have an awesome experience I would like to say thank you to them they are a great organization

Did not have to sit but a few minutes. Appointment was at 8:30, I arrived about 8:35 and was back in room within 10 minutes. Took only about 30 minutes in and out. Had wart removed. Excellent service. Recommend this place.
