East Tn Dermotology treated me so nice and was very patient. Prisma Health Derm. Were rude and not helpful at all, so I went to East Tn. , when I walked in door the receptionist treated me like family and had big smile. Whitney was so so nice

My family and I have been using Dermatology and Mohs for several years now. Making appointments is very easy, there are enough doctors so you're not waiting weeks to see someone. The staff is friendly, my experience has always been little to no wait time in the office and I've never felt rushed by the doctors while seeing them. Shout out to Dr. Kushner, he has a great bedside manner and is very intelligent. He was able to help me when several other derms from other practices were not. Go see these doctors you won't be disappointed.

Jen Abbott is the most trustworthy, considerate doctor I have ever seen. She makes you feel at ease and she never makes you feel rushed. She listens to my concerns and she's respectful and kind. All the staff are really friendly and helpful. I've never had to wait very long at all and the office is clean and well run. I feel like a bundle of nerves at most doctors offices, but here I feel relaxed and calm. It's a testament to the environment they have created at Tideway. I'm really grateful for them!

The office experience is always great. I don’t have to wait long, and the staff is attentive. Another thing, in between visits, I can leave a message on the nurses line with questions. My Physician’s Assistant’s nurse calls me back quickly and interacts with him for getting answers. I am well taken care of. I would like to add to my review because of my ongoing care. I am thankful for my PA, Kevin Blazer, who makes sure I get the proper medication. With the approval process, the department works very hard to make sure all of the paperwork is in order. Consequently, I am making progress.

Staff is very professional, courteous and friendly. Doctor/PA V was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Awesome visit and have no problem telling all my friends that this is the place to have their dermatological needs addressed.

I could not get an appointment at the office in Shallotte where I am a current patient until my next skin check appointment which was another 3 months away. After 2 calls for appointments, they suggested there was an opening at Whiteville. After a 50 minute drive, I was seen by Sydney Pierce, P.A. and she biopsied a possible squamous cell ca on my arm. I was back on the road in 20 minutes. Sydney was great! I appreciate the opportunity to be seen in Whiteville! I will probably make the trip back to Whiteville for treatment. They need more staff in Shallotte but Atlantic Derm in Whiteville was great!

Since I had successful Malignant Melanoma surgery back in 1994 in Naperville, IL, I relocated my family to Wilmington. Immediately I looked for an experienced dermatologist to help me watch out for future cancer possibilities. I found Dr, Jonathan Crane and have been with him and his staff now for over 19 years . HIs company's name has changed several times but his friendly, experienced care has kept me protected and safe all these years. I have recommended him and his services to anyone who as ever asked me for this type of healthcare.

I was extremely nervous going into this procedure. The whole staff was comforting and kind. They really did their best to put me at ease and make sure I was comfortable. I really appreciated that so much!

Fantastic - perfect! Physician Assistant Mackenzie Doshi has saved my life and prolonged my generally good health, evidently. PA Doshi is thorough when she examines my skin. Mackenzie gently removed two samples on 12/5/2023 for biopsy analysis. She was amazing during my past visits as well!

Had such a great and easy experience at this office. Have been dermatologist shopping around Tampa for 5 years and not only is it easy to get an appointment but the service is excellent and Lauren was great at addressing my medical concerns. I feel like a lot of dermatology offices are aesthetics-driven but I never felt that way here (though I do think they offer those things and would happily do it here if I wanted.) Usually medical care these days seem “let’s get them in and out” without real care of the specifics of a Patient. However with Ms. Jamie Wotell, PA her care of patients is noticeably different making sure she has met their needs. Her concerns are genuine. I Love her caring demeanor. In addition, she Knows the treatment needed to make you feel better and that’s the reason I have gone repeatedly to her for medical assistance. I have also recommended her to family and friends.

I had a consultation with Leslie. She took the time to evaluate my concerns and explain every treatment option they offer. She answered all my questions with knowledgeable answers and did not pressure me in any way. I feel confident in her and plan to schedule a treatment with her.

Brought my 3 year old here to have his birthmark evaluated. They were running about an hour behind- totally fine- it happens. The practitioner we saw was fantastic, thorough, knowledgeable, and very good with my child. My complaint is regarding an undisclosed charge. During his exam she found molluscum lesions- she then applied a topical resin to around 7-10 lesions on his arms. She let me know that it can take up to 3-4 applications to be effective for the lesions (they are still present). I just received the bill for $322.98 for "destruction". I do take responsibility for not asking how much it was going to cost before we've met our deductible. However, it would have been good information to have seeing as I definitely can't commit to 3-4 rounds of $322 for lesions that generally self-resolve.

Dr. Orleans is knowledgeable, thorough, professional, and genuinely attentive to my concerns. She has been doing an outstanding job treating my CCCA, and I am very pleased with the progress of my treatment so far. I appreciate having a dermatologist who is knowledgeable about CCCA and takes the time to explain my treatment and address my concerns. I feel confident in the care I am receiving and would highly recommend Dr. Orleans to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate dermatologist. ⭐ Dr. Orleans and her clinical care: 5/5 stars! I would, however, give the billing office 3/5 stars. I paid $70.00 upfront in coinsurance/out-of-pocket costs, but my insurance ultimately paid the claim at 100%. According to my records, BCBS issued an EFT payment on July 26, 2026. I would appreciate having someone from the billing department review the account and process my $70.00 refund as soon as possible. Overall, I am very happy with my treatment and the care I am receiving from Dr. Orleans. I hope the billing issue can be resolved promptly so that my overall experience reflects the excellent medical care I have received.

I can’t recommend Dr. Ismail enough! After struggling for years with severe eczema and other skin issues, I finally found someone who truly understands and cares. Dr. Ismail took the time to listen to my concerns, created a treatment plan that actually worked and guided me every step of the way. I have a sebaceous cyst that after many years has finally decided to become inflamed- getting a dermatologist who wants to handle the old-fashioned medical stuff is getting very hard to do as the MONEY these days is in the cosmetic stuff, Botox,fillers ,skin care lines , etc . These people can do it all, and do it promptly !

Dr Harvey has done 2 Moh’s skin surgeries (for skin cancer) on me… one on my nose (down the whole center of my nose in a petal pattern) and one on my cheek. While the initial surgical incisions and stitches were shocking to see immediately after the surgeries, the final scars are barely visible.

I had an amazing CoolPeel Tetra laser experience with Sharnel Reed! She made me feel so comfortable and was very thorough, making sure every area was treated. She was great and I would definitely go back to see her again!

I was searching for a Black dermatologist on ZocDoc and found Dr. Richardson. My first appointment went very smoothly, and all my concerns were addressed! The staff is very professional and friendly. I had no wait time! I will definitely be back. My previous primary doctor misdiagnosed my skin condition because they weren’t familiar with melanated skin, so I looked for a specialist. I have been going to this practice for several years now. Dr. Giblin is who I see primarily and he is very knowledgeable and discusses treatment options very clearly, and makes sure the patient’s questions and concerns are addressed. I have also used Dr. Krivda who performed a skin cancer surgery for me. He did an excellent job and you cannot see any evidence of a scar. All the staff are friendly, the office scheduling process is easy and minimal wait time once you arrive for your appointment. I would recommend them to anyone.

Staff is very friendly and clear with any instructions. Less than a 5 minute wait once I was checked-in. I highly recommend having a skin check once a year. The procedure is only about 10 minutes .

Dr. Montemarano and his staff are the best at what they do.

The nurse was super—efficient and helpful—and Dr. Zook was excellent. This is the first time I’ve felt like a dermatologist was listening to my medical concern and not trying to upsell me cosmetic products and procedures (they have those available, but it’s not why I was there). Highly recommended!

Dr. Prussick is an excellent dermatologist and I have used him for years. But since he became part of Ann Arundel Dermatology it is almost impossible to reach the practice. They put you on hold for 10 minutes and then the call drops. Or, you select the 'call back' option but they don't call you back. A few months ago I gave up and found another dermatologist for an emergency infection. Recently, it took 3 days for a prescription to be sent to the pharmacy which is not local. It has been a week and I have heard nothing about its being filled. I gave up trying to contact the practice. I bought an over the counter option and hope it will work. If I hadn't been using this doctor for so many years I would be looking for someone else.

Wait times are very brief, office staff very helpful and professional, and Dr. Mitchell is a great physician. Our entire family sees her and appreciates her expertise and professionalism.
