I want to take a moment to applaud Michelle Brown. Over the years, I've been to several dermatologists and have had both good and not-so-good experiences. Michelle took the time to thoroughly examine every concern, and I left feeling like I had one of the most comprehensive annual skin exams I've ever received. She was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, informative, and genuinely delightful throughout the entire visit. The front office was well organized, and the entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and efficient. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dermatology team that truly cares about their patients and provides exceptional care.

I went here and the atmosphere is AMAZING. Plenty of chairs, and not a ton of people waiting. My appointment was fast. The front desk lady was nice. The assistant with the broken arm was professional, and PA-C Alyssa was very professional. She even explained things as she went along. My only issue is how bright the examination room is. I had to look down a bit just to avoid the light, but that's fine. They need the light to look at your skin. Overall, they get an A+

The MOHS surgery on my nose went well and is healing nicely. I appreciate the attention to detail and the willingness to take everything into consideration for the surgery and healing process.

I was in there today. An elder woman came in. She couldn't seem to find the office of another Dr. in the building. The woman at the desk, Brooke, was so helpful. She asked the woman to come over by her and said she would see if she could find out what the story was. She figured it out and directed the woman to the office door next to the one she was in. Brooke, stopped what she was doing to lend a hand and in doing so, figured out where the woman needed to go so as not to miss her appointment. Brooke's attitude and manner was polite, friendly and overall the example of an employee who is meant for the care of people.

I had a very experience with this office. They are very caring and attentive. Lauren Teter and Sammy Kang were absolutely amazing and compassionate in their approach with my skin issues.

Great experience for removal of basal cell lesion. Friendly, instructive and quick! Entire experience took less than 45 minutes, in the door and back out. Provided information throughout, and a very caring attitude. I didn't enjoy the medical reason I was there but the P.A., assistants, and front desk all worked together to make it "painless."

Extremely patient service oriented! I live over two hours away from the Columbia office. Needed three biopsies which required me returning to the office in two weeks. The office experience is always great. I don’t have to wait long, and the staff is attentive. Another thing, in between visits, I can leave a message on the nurses line with questions. My Physician’s Assistant’s nurse calls me back quickly and interacts with him for getting answers. I am well taken care of. I would like to add to my review because of my ongoing care. I am thankful for my PA, Kevin Blazer, who makes sure I get the proper medication. With the approval process, the department works very hard to make sure all of the paperwork is in order. Consequently, I am making progress.

I've been coming to this practice for almost 15 years. Dr. Prussick is what you want in any doctor. He's extremely knowledgeable, understanding, and has made a huge difference in my life in his treatment of my psoriasis.

I can't thank this office enough I had to pay out of pocket to get diagnosed and to get a biopsy and the rates were very reasonable for someone with no insurance I'm extremely thankful for that. I was diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma Dr Johnson and his team did a fabulous job of treating it it was a painless procedure done reasonably quick and I feel very good about it I'm extremely thankful for Dr Johnson and his team. I would recommend this place to a family member or friend they are fabulous. Good communication aggressive with getting insurance situated and really good about getting an appointment as soon as possible

He took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process and patiently answered all of my questions, which greatly eased my concerns. During the procedure, he consistently checked in to make sure I was comfortable. His calm and reassuring manner made the whole experience much easier than I had expected. After the procedure, he carefully reviewed the wound care instructions step by step to ensure I fully understood how to take care of myself at home. The check in area is comfortably away from the waiting area to allow for personal Q&A. Always greated nicely and my health card and ID delivered to me vs. being asked to retrieve them - nice touch! Very minimal wait time. The Dr., PA, medical assistant are all professional and courteous and provide ample time to listen and explain. I'm happy with the results of my procedures and the cosmetic only services are affordably priced. I highly recommend this dermatology office.

Great experience today! Mary at the desk was super nice and professional. I didn’t have to wait in the lobby at all to be seen at all for my appointment time. Once in the exam room, the medical assistant was nice and professional. I waited only a minute after she left and APRN Sanjani Patel was already coming in to see me. I feel like she was very thorough looking at all of my moles (I have a lot) and she recommended me some prescription wipes for my back acne. The office is also stocked with nutrafol supplements, skin ceutical products, and Alastin products which is great because I was able to pick up something I was running low on. I will definitely be returning to this location!

The staff in the Swann office is simply amazing! They did so much work and had so much patience with getting my medication approved and filled at the pharmacy. They went above and beyond and was so empathetic during the whole process. They were responsive to every question I had and overall I felt how much they really cared. Hello, I used this facility while I was visiting from Puerto Rico. It is very clean when you walk in and also throughout the building. The receptionist was beautiful, kind, very fun to talk to, and very helpful. Dan is the one who performed my injections, and he did a fabulous job. Very much took the time to make sure that it was the proper amount, angled, right, put dots and lines all over my face, let me look in the mirror, explained everything to me, also gave us honest opinion if I needed more or less of anything. I highly recommend anyone living in Sevierville or visiting to use the clinic. You will not be disappointed.

Just left the office. EVERYONE is there to HELP! I seen Frank, you know when doctors are passionate about helping you and when they are not. Not only did Frank explain my situation very clearly, but created a gameplan on how we are going to get relief. Very thankful for Frank and his team.

I had a wonderful experience at Dr. O’Neill’s office. It is rare to find a doctor's office that runs so perfectly on schedule! My appointment was at 2:00 PM, I was called in right at 2:00 PM, and Dr. O’Neill walked in just five minutes later. He was extremely professional during our consultation and removed a skin growth on my arm. They explained every step of the procedure beforehand, the nursing staff was great and the procedure entirely painless. Before leaving, I was given clear, excellent aftercare instructions. I highly recommend Dr. O’Neill and his fantastic staff!

I highly recommend this office. Everyone was super friendly, honest, and transparent about information I needed to know and advice. I was only there a short time and got seen by the doctor not even 5 minutes after being sent to a room. The Doctor, Dr. Josue Droz, was wonderful and calm, and the examination was fast! Made an appointment and returned a few weeks later, again the people were very kind and courteous, did not have to wait very long and having the carcinoma which was worrisome...they made me feel very comfortable and we talked during the procedure to remove the cancer..
