I think the doctor and both nurses who completed my small fiber neuropathy biopsy deserve some sort of award for how absolutely beautifully they did. I am decently medically complex and had a biopsy that some dermatologist never even do. She even made me aware she’s never done a SFN biopsy before but is going to do everything by the instructions that the kits company provided and took every single step very very importantly. They worked as a well oiled machine and made my experience a lot more comfortable given how nervous I felt. Absolutely 10/10 experience and I couldn’t have asked for a better appointment

This is a new practice for us since we recently moved downtown We didn’t know what to expect. When we entered for our appointment, my wife and I were greeted by a friendly desk staff. We filled out some information and only had to wait about 10 more minutes before we were taken back to the examination. The Esthetician Antonella was Extremely friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful. Shortly after she took our information our Nurse Tiffany came to examine us. She was also extremely friendly, extremely knowledgeable, extremely helpful and made us feel very comfortable. The girl that checked us out was super friendly and nice as well. We have been going to a dermatologist every six months for many many years and this was right up there with best overall treatment we’ve ever received. From walking in to walking out. Of all of the places we could have picked we absolutely hit the jackpot! Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!

I was able to get in very quickly, and the location was very close to where we are. The staff was friendly and professional. Debbie at the front desk was welcoming with a smile. The first one who called me back to the exam room(I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name) was super kind and professional with a great sense of humor. I saw Whitney and she was very knowledgeable , she offered to answer my questions and give reassurance during my visit. She had a comforting bedside manner. The visit was very quick, but it was to be expected in my particular case. I felt like she would have taken the time needed if I had more questions or concerns. My appt was for a full body scan since I am a new patient at East Tennessee Dermatology. I saw Whitney Colella, MPAS,PA-C Certified Physician Assistant ~ she was great, very professional and thorough. She explains everything in detail. I will go back for a follow up in a month while ‘keeping an eye’ on an area on my nose. My husband will also see her for pre cancerous marks on his head. Great office and staff- super friendly and happy to work with.

I have had a series of needs for Mho’s procedures on the top of my head and arms. Being the person I am, I’m always asking questions. I want to know detail. The difference with this company / office in Newnan Georgia is that they take the time to answer. Polite and with understanding . Of course, the procedures are done with top notch medical care and concern for my comfort ( in my case pain management due location). Synopsis - Amazing staff made this an amazing experience. I went in with some skin concerns that I had been reluctant to get taken care of. Finally broke down and set up an appointment online, got the vast majority of my paperwork and questionnaires out of the way online, and booked it. To be able to get all of those things out of the way ahead of heading to the appointment was so nice. The staff at the center were all amazing. From the wonderful receptionists, to Dari (sorry if I spelt it wrong) who was my assistant and Suzanne Craven who took care of my skin issues--it was amazing. They were thoughtful, listened, provided their expertise and advice, and cared. I truly cannot say enough good things about this whole experience for me. It'll be the only place I ever go to for anything dermatology related in the future, no doubt about it. 5 Cleared Up Stars out of 5!

What an outstanding experience this was. It is always alarming when you hear the word cancer. That strikes terror. This facility is just wonderful. They made me feel comfortable. listened, provided all the information regarding the procedure. My cancer is gone and now the healing begins. My suggestion is preparation is everything. Make sure you have all that you need for the first 24 to 48 hrs. Ask questions, write down your own questions. do exactly as prescribed and you will be great. Dr. Monte, his assistants, the front desk are consummate professionals. The waiting area is clean and inviting along with a coffee station. My word to everyone. WEAR YOUR SUNBLOCK. no tanning beds. and contact them if ever needed.

I have had the absolute pleasure of being treated by Charu Jain, NP, at AADerm. She is a master at Botox. I have a small forehead and Botox can be challenging for me - however Charu has perfected my treatments. I am also a Registered Nurse and have always preferred having cosmetic procedures within a medically based office. Charu has also administered PRP (platelet rich plasma) injections to my scalp - for my moderate alopecia. My results have been incredible and measurable. I am so thrilled and would HIGHLY recommend Charu for all cosmetic services.

I am totally satisfied with his medical examinations. However, trying to get in touch by phone became a horror show since he became part of the larger group. The first call said there was a 39 minute wait time. I was able to leave a message to be called later. I was unable to answer the return call, but a message was left on my machine. Unfortunately, the message started skipping and I could not hear all of the new phone number to be called. My second call soon got the recorded message announcing the wait time as one minute. It then kept repeating the one minute wait time message over and over and over. After 5 minutes of this, I hung up. On my third try, the recording said over and over and over that the wait time was the 8 minutes. After getting frustrated again, I was about to hang up when suddenly the call was answered--by a lady who sounded very, very bored with her job.

Always a great experience with Dr Zook. Today especially when I had to take my 93 yr old mother in for a few things. Dr. Zook is always very thorough and takes the time to explain everything and makes sure you understand. The kindness, care, and patience were greatly appreciated.
