I have been going to this practice for several years now. Dr. Giblin is who I see primarily and he is very knowledgeable and discusses treatment options very clearly, and makes sure the patient’s questions and concerns are addressed. I have also used Dr. Krivda who performed a skin cancer surgery for me. He did an excellent job and you cannot see any evidence of a scar. All the staff are friendly, the office scheduling process is easy and minimal wait time once you arrive for your appointment. I would recommend them to anyone.

Had to get a cyst removed. Dr Ferrera was thorough in his exam. He looked at multiple skin conditions I had concern about , and he examined each one with care. He answered all my questions. Excellent bedside manner. The cyst extraction did not hurt all. The assistant was amazing. She also answered my questions. Front desk staff very kind. Did not have to wait long before I saw the Doctor.

While surgery is never a fun experience, I can’t speak highly enough of SCSC. The receptionists worked with me on multiple occasions to ensure my paperwork was on file, and consistently provided clear guidance. When it came time for surgery, Dr. Montemarano’s skill was so apparent. It is rare to find a doctor with such a wonderful combination of medical talent and bedside manner. He went above and beyond (in what I’m sure was a long day for him) to perform my surgeries in a way that worked best for me. He made me feel comfortable, explained every step clearly, and even called to check up on me after surgery. Shreya was an absolute professional the entire day, and went out of her way multiple times to ensure my comfort and make my surgery a success. She fielded all my questions, even tracking down additional team members for information when needed. I’ve never felt like my health was taken so seriously, and really appreciate the entire team! You know those medical practictioners who run their office poorly, the waits are long, and the staff treat you like you've invaded their personal space and you're dumb for being there? That is NOT this place. 2 days ago, I found a spot of concern on my arm. I got an appointment within 2 days. I walked in and waited max 10 minutes. My PA (Anjana Patel) listened to my concern, did a couple of feel tests, thought it was probably nothing but since it was a little funny, she biopsied it on the spot. Then she asked if I wanted a whole skin check since I never had had one, which she performed with compassion and competence. She was amazing, and her assistant, Grace, was wonderful too. The office staff was similarly kind and got me in and out quickly. It's obviously a nice place to work, because the office staff was smiling and joking with each other while also performing their tasks with professionalism. Could not recommend more highly. 10/10.

I had such a wonderful experience seeing Olivia McCloskey. She is very thorough with checking my skin and answered my questions. Her assistant was the same with making you feel comfortable. She'll always tell us call me if you have any questions or concerns. We had issues with the pharmacy at the beginning of going to Miss Whitney and is she fixed that problem right away . You can tell she is on your side and she will help you in any way she can. She is very caring and knowledgeable. Her male nurse I wished I knew his name. But we had him the last two visits to the office. He is a ray of sunshine. He makes you feel very comfortable. And you can tell he really loves his job. I have worked in the healthcare for years. And sometimes it's hard to fake a smile or to be happy. We look forward to seeing Whitney and her nurse when we go to the office because it is such a great experience. I recently moved to Leland and left a wonderful dermatologist in my hometown. I needed to find a dermatologist in my new hometown and was so afraid I could find nothing to compare. I was definitely wrong. Dr. Bermudez and his staff are amazing! I was professionally and respectfully guided thru three Mohs surgeries with compassion and genuine concern for my well being. I received phone calls after each surgery from Dr. Bermudez. The first phone call concerned me, thinking they had found an issue. After listening to the voice mail, he was just calling to see how I was. Who does that anymore!!!!????? I highly recommend this practice!!!

Great experience from start to finish! The front desk was professional and easy to work with, and the back staff was fast, friendly, and knew exactly what they were doing. What an outstanding experience this was. It is always alarming when you hear the word cancer. That strikes terror. This facility is just wonderful. They made me feel comfortable. listened, provided all the information regarding the procedure. My cancer is gone and now the healing begins. My suggestion is preparation is everything. Make sure you have all that you need for the first 24 to 48 hrs. Ask questions, write down your own questions. do exactly as prescribed and you will be great. Dr. Monte, his assistants, the front desk are consummate professionals. The waiting area is clean and inviting along with a coffee station. My word to everyone. WEAR YOUR SUNBLOCK. no tanning beds. and contact them if ever needed.

They do everything right here. Someone has clearly put thought into how to make their patients have a good experience and get the necessary care. Office is accessible. You park and go straight to the elevator to floor 3 and turn right down the hall. The front desk staff are helpful and kind. And the medical staff are knowledgeable, experienced, and explain everything clearly. I see Mercy Viator who is wonderful. The whole team is very good. I will always go here and recommend to anyone

I have had a series of needs for Mho’s procedures on the top of my head and arms. Being the person I am, I’m always asking questions. I want to know detail. The difference with this company / office in Newnan Georgia is that they take the time to answer. Polite and with understanding . Of course, the procedures are done with top notch medical care and concern for my comfort ( in my case pain management due location). I understand the company has offices in many parts of the United States and if they are anything like the Newnan staff, I would say unequivocally……. go knock on their door. Thomas S. Drolet

Update: 9/23/26 Had a much better experience yesterday. Natalie and Dr. Mclanahan were wonderful in both prep and procedure. I really appreciate the redemption here. Still a bit bummed that my prior feedback was never addressed or acknowledged by anyone but happy to update my review here to be positive as a result of a much better experience this past visit. Horrible. I scheduled a simple procedure here and reviewed with scheduling multiple times so as to avoid wasting my time. Showed up today for my appointment only to spend 4-5 mins total to be told I then needed to schedule an appointment in September. On top of this, Tami, was borderline unprofessional and had a horrible attitude the entire time simply because their iPad wasn’t saving patient information. When I explained that I was surprised and disappointed about no procedure taking place, she made it my problem by saying “you spoke to a call center”. Actually, I spoke to multiple people at your office in at attempt to not waste my time and money for a procedure that literally should take 15-20 mins. On top of taking hours out of my day only to be told I needed to schedule something months out, I spent $80 on co pay. Beyond agitated at the lack of professionalism, waste of time and money grab that this turned out to be.

The level of care at Skin Cancer Surgery Center was very good, everybody was nice and helpful and I would definitely come back here again! The only downside was the $10 fee it cost to park!

Since I had successful Malignant Melanoma surgery back in 1994 in Naperville, IL, I relocated my family to Wilmington. Immediately I looked for an experienced dermatologist to help me watch out for future cancer possibilities. I found Dr, Jonathan Crane and have been with him and his staff now for over 19 years . HIs company's name has changed several times but his friendly, experienced care has kept me protected and safe all these years. I have recommended him and his services to anyone who as ever asked me for this type of healthcare.

I have been going to this practice for at least 10 years. I always feel like I have a personal connection with the provider when I have a concern and it is always addressed satisfactorily.

I’ve been to this dermatology practice now twice to see Dr Liu. I’m very happy that my GP referred me to them! I grew up in Miami and got more than my fair share of sun in the days when we used lotion to magnify the sun’s effect rather than to protect our skin. as such, I’m prone to skin cancer, and Dr Liu, who’s a Mohs surgeon, is an ideal dermatologist for me. And he’s just terrific: bright, thorough, competent and caring. I completely trust him as my doctor… and btw, he’s a heck of a nice guy too! Beyond that, the practice is very well run. The people are friendly, they know what they’re doing, and they get me in with the doctor right on schedule. Well done to all of you and thank you!

I brought my 11 year old son in for some scalp concerns and what a pleasant, informative experience. The staff was professional and kind and addressed our concerns with kid friendly communication.
