Great experience today! Mary at the desk was super nice and professional. I didn’t have to wait in the lobby at all to be seen at all for my appointment time. Once in the exam room, the medical assistant was nice and professional. I waited only a minute after she left and APRN Sanjani Patel was already coming in to see me. I feel like she was very thorough looking at all of my moles (I have a lot) and she recommended me some prescription wipes for my back acne. The office is also stocked with nutrafol supplements, skin ceutical products, and Alastin products which is great because I was able to pick up something I was running low on. I will definitely be returning to this location!

I wish their phone system would allow direct access to the Wheaton office - if there's a way, I haven't discovered it. When ever you try to call, there's a national call center and a very long wait on the phone. If I need to contact Young Lee directly, I believe this can be accomplished using the patient portal.
