We love Dr. O’Neill, have been seeing him for years. My wife and I see him together and it’s like a happy reunion every time! He is so good at what he does and we love him! He’s been protecting us from the sun for years!! We are boaters too! We make the drive now from Easton, Md. As an established patient of Academic Alliance in Dermatology, I continue to be pleased with Dr. Lam and his staff. The office is run on a timely basis, is comfortable, and very clean. Since Dr. Lam was booked out, and I wanted an appointment fairly soon, I accepted an appointment in the Tarpon office with his PA, Morgan. I was exceedingly pleased with Morgan's professional expertise and her sensitivity to my anxiety. She explained the skin condition clearly and offered me medical advice on what could be done to treat it. I chose to have her shave off the seborria keratosis patch on my skin. Morgan is very skilled, and the process went very smoothly. She explained the aftercare. Morgan's assistant, Taliah, was very attentive and proficient. I am very happy with the talented professionalism both women showed me and with the office in general.

I don’t understand the negative reviews I have seen online! This office is beautiful, clean and relaxing. I was a little bit nervous as I haven’t been to a dermatologist in a few years. The front office staff was inviting and friendly. Rhonda, the assistant was friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. The PA Joseph made me feel very comfortable with the skin biopsy procedure I received in office ON THE SAME DAY OF MY APPOINTMENT! I was very surprised to be able to have the procedure at the time of my appointment! He seemed very knowledgeable and explained to me the abnormalities I should look out for in my skin. Overall, I had a very positive experience and will be returning in 12 months time for a check up. I will be recommending friends and family to your office.

I NEVER write a review… However, what an exceptional experience my husband and I had today. We were greeted with smiles and such a knowledgeable staff/practice. If I could give a 10 ⭐️ I would. Dr Hand was WONDERFUL, warm and welcoming and her Nurse Coni was just a love!!! Oh…and the office is super beautiful and pristine. Thank you to everyone here for making our experience so fantastic!
