Good visit. Long wait due to new software system. Being in IT, the data was not ported over correctly leaving the staff to enter the data. Understood that even the first and last names were switched and the staff had to change themselves. Before the next office is upgraded, I suggest the implementation plan be changed to perform more robust data conversion testing. This suggestion is made based on my 30 years in IT. The visit with Kevin Blazer was great and his assistant was wonderful. They answered all my questions very well.

Here’s a revised version: I had an excellent experience at Academic Alliance in Dermatology West Largo. I was there today to have my second squamous cell carcinoma removed from my scalp, as well as another one removed from my leg. The building is brand new, exceptionally clean, and very welcoming. Everyone on the staff was professional, friendly, and genuinely caring from the moment I arrived. The doctors and staff took the time to answer my questions, explain the procedures, and make me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Their attention to detail and commitment to patient care were outstanding. I highly recommend Academic Alliance in Dermatology West Largo to anyone looking for high-quality dermatology care. I recently had two Moh’s surgery procedures on my face at Skin Cancer Surgery Center with Dr. Montemarano. He explained the procedure fully beforehand, and his calming manner put me at ease to calm my anxiety and made the surgery and close-up go smoothly. Everyone from the scheduling to the receptionist to the assistants are very helpful and courteous, as this is not something you look forward to having done but it’s necessary. I highly recommend Dr. Montemarano and the Skin Cancer Surgery Center of Fairfax!

I saw Whitney Colella, MPAS,PA-C Certified Physician Assistant ~ she was great, very professional and thorough. She explains everything in detail. I cannot recommend the Skin Cancer Surgery Center enough. Dr Montemarano performed MOS surgery on me and he was fantastic, taking the time to talk me through the procedure both before, as it was happening, and after. Everyone at the center, in fact, from the receptionist, to the assistants and nurses, and the doctor could not have been nicer or more helpful. I hope you never have need of them, but if you do have skin cancer, I would whole heartedly recommend them.

Dr. Momtemarano was amazing. One of the best doctor experiences I've had.... ever. I went in for a potentially unpleasant experience, a cancer biopsy of a badly discolored pinkie toe nail, which I was told beforehand would involve drilling into it or removal of the entire nail. In the end, he did pry off and pull out the entire nail and then slice into the tissue underneath to get a biopsy sample. The thing that hurt the most was the anaesthesia injection. Despite the invasiveness of it all, my primary experience of it was, "wow, what a confident, competent, calming and friendly presence this doctor is!" He has a super warm bedside manner, as well as an extraordinary ability to explain complex things, listen actively and respond, and instill a sense of comfort. He was great. I'd go back in tomorrow to have another toenail removed just for the good conversation.

I’ve been going to this location for a few years and Dr. Beamguard is a rare find. Best dermatologist in St. Petersburg! She’s always friendly and answers all your questions. Heather, one of her assistants, is also nice and friendly. There is onsite parking and a lobby with a few chairs. The ladies at the front desk are not that friendly and can come off rude at times.

Updated Review (Friday, 02/06/2026) First engagement (AAD Call Center – 5/5 stars) I contacted Anne Arundel Dermatology (AAD) December 2025 to seek out a PA that I worked with 8yrs ago. That PA has since moved on to their own practice. The call center representative was gracious and listened well to what I needed (e.g. I had tight timeframe; they helped identify possible solutions). They identified a PA who was available during the timeframe and who had completed similar procedures, so that I could likely move more easily from the initial consultation to the procedure. Second engagement (Somil Metha, PA-C – 1/5 stars) My initial consultation at AAD-Greenbelt. I met with Somil Metha, PA-C. Initially, I felt well-served during the appointment, and I left a Google-review immediately afterward stating five stars. However, what I learned in the five hours following my appointment with Somil is that I was not actually served well during this appointment. Long story short: I was referred out to physicians outside of the network (why? I don’t know); it was implied that these referrals were warm-handoffs (when they were indeed cold referrals; I would have to start from scratch with a brand-new consultation); and the follow up for these referrals, along with the calls that afternoon to AAD to figure out ‘what is going on here?’ took up the remainder of that Monday (five hours). The run-around with the next steps, resulting in exhausted time, energy, and resources – truly a 0/5. Third/Fourth Engagements (Customer Service Center – 5/5 stars; Helena at the AAD-Greenbelt office – 20/5 stars) In the five hours after the consult with Somil, I spoke with the AAD Call Center twice. While I didn’t get the name of the first call center person I spoke to, he was kind, helpful, asked good clarifying questions to ensure he got things done right the first time. He provided clear timelines of when I could expect to hear back regarding my questions. The second person I spoke to works directly in the dermatology office where I first visited, Helena. Helena is a godsend. Within one call, she professionally acknowledged that things should have been handled differently for me earlier in the day, and got everything back on track. NOTE: it is a super skill to acknowledge when a company/person has dropped the ball, and to do so without throwing them under the bus, or airing grievances that the client doesn’t need to be a part of, AND to get things immediately back on track and moving forward – Helena did ALL this, and more, within about 15-20min of the call I had with her. Thank you, Helena. I was heard, acknowledged, and supported. Helena asked clarifying questions, literally hand-walked the issue at hand within the office to get the needed answers and next steps, and then got me immediately scheduled with a PA who was immediately available and also skilled in the procedure I needed. Fifth/Sixth/Seventh Engagements (Taj Richardson, PA-C – 20/5 stars; Taj’s support team, all 3 appts – 15/5 stars) From the initial consultation, to the procedure itself, to the post-procedure follow-up: wow-o-wow, did I land in the most capable, supportive, professional care. The initial consultation was thorough. Taj is professional, kind, engaging, informative, and she listens and asks questions in a way that ensures all points have been covered and nothing is unclear to either her or the patient. The procedure itself – while I would guess that what, to me, felt like Taj putting in extra care and attention, is actually just her everyday professionalism and approach to her work, is how genuinely cared for I felt under her care. Here I am on the other side, 2.5wks later, and there is hardly even a scar; the wound site remained infection-free; and the area that needed to be treated is smooth, pain-free, and completely cleared. The staff that support Taj, from the initial consultation, the procedure itself, to the post-op follow-up: all incredible too, and follow in her professional, attentive, patient-engaged footsteps. Taj & Staff: You are all appreciated.

I can not say enough wonderful things about my experience today. It is never a comfortable feeling when you need your body checked over. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by professional staff. They made my new patient check-in effortless. Amy and her assistant could not have made me feel more comfortable. Amy was able to answer my hundred questions and gave me a thorough exam. She was able to address all my issues. And they made my procedure process pain-free. I felt at ease the whole time and that speaks volumes. I highly recommend this dermatologist office. I love also that even though cosmetic procedures could be done they did not push that on me at all. Even upon leaving the staff checking me out was professional and efficient. And the team members I saw that greeted me hello took the time to say goodbye and have a good day.

I’ve been to this dermatology practice now twice to see Dr Liu. I’m very happy that my GP referred me to them! I grew up in Miami and got more than my fair share of sun in the days when we used lotion to magnify the sun’s effect rather than to protect our skin. as such, I’m prone to skin cancer, and Dr Liu, who’s a Mohs surgeon, is an ideal dermatologist for me. And he’s just terrific: bright, thorough, competent and caring. I completely trust him as my doctor… and btw, he’s a heck of a nice guy too! Beyond that, the practice is very well run. The people are friendly, they know what they’re doing, and they get me in with the doctor right on schedule. Well done to all of you and thank you!

I couldn't wait to share my review here of Carolina Skin Care, in Pinehurst, NC!! My experience was most excellent. This facility provided me with a wonderful staff of professional and expert dermatology. My procedure was performed by Dr. Benjamin Norton who did a terrific job! Dr. Norton deserves many kudos for making me feel relaxed and for having the best bedside manner. I sometimes don't enjoy going to the doctor's (who does, really?!), but he made me feel comfortable and quite at ease. He let me know what he was doing, answered questions, had a nice sense of humor, and a nice jazzy soundtrack to listen to during the operation. Dr. Norton is incredibly cool and marvelous in his field!! His assistant made them the perfect team. They were expert in their capacities, with affable personalities that made the whole experience go down easily!! Today, I went back and had my stitches removed by Maria, and she was so great. The entire staff of professional skin care specialists are top notch! And the receptionists are wonderful as well. Ding: Parking is confusing and atrocious, with poor signage and a multi level garage behind the building that doesn't align and attach to the building unless you enter the magic entrance in a dank, creepy stairwell. Had a great first experience with Raleigh Dermatology. Dr. Signorelli was very friendly and explained everything that needed to be done. The staff and MA were also equally friendly. Wait time was little to none (less than 10 minutes) on a weekday afternoon, and new patient paperwork was easily completed through their iPads. I look forward to continuing to use their services! Edit - I received a bill in the mail for my visit to Raleigh Dermatology and noticed a pricing discrepancy. I contacted their Customer Service and the representative was very kind and thorough. She was able to rectify the discrepancy and I was able to make payment over the phone. Very happy with the billing experience with this office thus far!

My appointment was with Dr Prussick yesterday. I want to give a shout out to the office staff, all very friendly and helpful. Dr Prussick also listened to my concerns and addressed them quickly. I’m very disappointed that the practice is part of networks of medical practices purchased by private equity firms. I can't say enough good things about Anne Arundel Dermatology and specifically the staff and the PA-C Amy Hoffman. I have been a patient for years and the visit is always a pleasant experience. The staff remembers who you are, speaks to you not just about your medical needs -- it's just a great experience. There is absolutely nothing they could do better... A++++ Update — I was a little worried to learn the PA I was seeing was no longer with the practice. My concerns were put to rest today when I met for the first time Dr Jennifer Vo…. She was very nice and easy to speak to. She did a very thorough examination and showed genuine concern for my health and wellness. I’m extremely happy with my new doctor! Way to go Anne Arundel Dermatology!

I had my first and second visits with Courtney Fairchild. She is excellent! I shared with her some previous, (negative,) experiences I had with different dermatologists in Texas. She listened to me and understood my concerns. She, (and everyone else there,) were OUTSTANDING! My wait times were very short, lab results quick, follow up appointment was quick, and the treatment was quick and almost painless. The front office staff is very nice and the waiting, exam, treatment, and restrooms were very clean. This was a fantastic experience.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this spa! I went for botox and lip filler today for the first time @ Meridiem Farragut and I am just THRILLED with the results!! I saw Cam Cunning and my lips have never looked so perfect! I live in Scottsdale, AZ but come to Knoxville to see my daughter every few months so Cam will be my official go to girl for everything!!!
