Traveled from Calabash to Whiteville because Shallotte was booked. I had a wonderful experience with that office. PA Julie took the time to explain what pre-melanoma was and why it was important to have it treated. She went over every step of the surgery and made sure I didn't have any questions. I had a great appointment with Frank Navarra PA. He was professional and extremely thorough with my skin check. Took his time looking over my body and explained his findings especially with my history of previous skin cancers. Additionally, he removed several skin tags. It has been 24 hours and I have zero discomfort or pain. The receptionists were personable and professional. I love the convenience of this office location and the ability to get an appointment within a few days of trying. I’ve been seeing Brittany Sanderson at Meridiem DermSpa for years now for Botox and other services, and she is absolutely phenomenal. Brittany is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and truly takes the time to listen and understand exactly what you’re looking for. I always leave feeling confident and natural, which is so important to me. She has such a great eye and never overdoes anything. On top of that, she’s just the sweetest and makes every appointment such a great experience. I wouldn’t trust anyone else!

Brought my 3 year old here to have his birthmark evaluated. They were running about an hour behind- totally fine- it happens. The practitioner we saw was fantastic, thorough, knowledgeable, and very good with my child. My complaint is regarding an undisclosed charge. During his exam she found molluscum lesions- she then applied a topical resin to around 7-10 lesions on his arms. She let me know that it can take up to 3-4 applications to be effective for the lesions (they are still present). I just received the bill for $322.98 for "destruction". I do take responsibility for not asking how much it was going to cost before we've met our deductible. However, it would have been good information to have seeing as I definitely can't commit to 3-4 rounds of $322 for lesions that generally self-resolve.

Great experience. Location is easy to get to and comfortable inside. Staff was very nice and welcoming. Good music playing (does that matter for a dermatologist? Maybe not, but I liked it!) Dr. smith even followed up later in the day to see how I was doing. Dr. Becker is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly stays up to date with the latest research, treatments, and medications in dermatology. I always feel confident that I’m receiving the most current and effective care. What truly sets him apart is how kind and attentive he is. He never rushes through appointments, takes the time to really listen, and thoroughly answers all of my questions. Despite being so thorough, he is also extremely prompt—I am never left waiting in the waiting room or exam room, which I really appreciate. His medical assistant, Andrea, is equally amazing. She is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely listens. She goes above and beyond—for example, when I was prescribed tretinoin, she even helped guide me on where to get it at the most affordable price, which I truly appreciated. This clinic stands out because they are not pushy at all. There is absolutely no upselling or pressure to buy products or treatments. It’s clear that their focus is 100% on patient care and the true practice of dermatology. I am so grateful I found this practice and would highly recommend Dr. Becker and his team to anyone looking for excellent dermatologic care.

I cannot recommend Morgan Cheripko at Katz Dermatology highly enough. After months of struggling with a persistent forehead skin condition and seeing little improvement, I sought a second opinion with Morgan. She carefully evaluated my skin and changed my treatment plan and the difference has been incredible. Over the following months, my forehead improved dramatically. At my most recent follow-up, only a few small spots remained and today my forehead is virtually clear with no active spots. Looking back at the before-and-after photos in my chart, the improvement is remarkable. What I appreciated most was that Morgan was willing to reevaluate my condition instead of simply continuing a treatment that wasn't working. She explained what to expect, answered my questions, and created a treatment plan that ultimately gave me the results I had been hoping for. If you're struggling with a persistent condition or have been told one diagnosis but aren't getting better, I highly recommend seeing Morgan Cheripko. I'm incredibly grateful for the care I received and for helping me get my confidence back.

I have been to several dermatologist that just wasted my time. But they sure charged. Then I found Dr. Miller and my world turned around. Dr. Miller took my case of blisters just come up on my body any and everywhere. No Dr. military or civilian could treat me without coming up with O results. Then I found Dr. Miller at Carolina Skin Care. I had to drive aways but Dr. Miller was the one that cares about her patient's. She took biopsies from my blister and started out to find out what I had. Dr. Miller never gave up. Even working on weekends searching & testing until she came up with a diagnosis . I just figured this was something from the war ( my team was hit with mustard gas) Dr.. Miller stayed at it. After different antibiotics she hit the jackpot. It has been several months and I'm still blister fee. Dr. Miller I'm sure makes the top dollar. She should she really takes on a personal determination to help her patient's. For me she is the most knowledgeable dermatologist that is out there. Dr. Miller you are a saint. I wouldn't go to ANY dermatologist just to Dr. Miller.

Got my Tremfya sample in less than 24hrs because insurance is being cranky about filling it, so to hole me over I got a sample and some injections for my hair thinning. I drive over an hour to come here and would drive even more to have this as my care team!

I couldn't wait to share my review here of Carolina Skin Care, in Pinehurst, NC!! My experience was most excellent. This facility provided me with a wonderful staff of professional and expert dermatology. My procedure was performed by Dr. Benjamin Norton who did a terrific job! Dr. Norton deserves many kudos for making me feel relaxed and for having the best bedside manner. I sometimes don't enjoy going to the doctor's (who does, really?!), but he made me feel comfortable and quite at ease. He let me know what he was doing, answered questions, had a nice sense of humor, and a nice jazzy soundtrack to listen to during the operation. Dr. Norton is incredibly cool and marvelous in his field!! His assistant made them the perfect team. They were expert in their capacities, with affable personalities that made the whole experience go down easily!! Today, I went back and had my stitches removed by Maria, and she was so great. The entire staff of professional skin care specialists are top notch! And the receptionists are wonderful as well. It took 3 months to get an appointment, but I wasn’t in a hurry anyway. I can see why now, they are very busy. Even though they were busy I was taken in for my exam at my appointed time and was treated very friendly by the doctor, her assistant and the office staff. A wonderful experience.

I can't thank this office enough I had to pay out of pocket to get diagnosed and to get a biopsy and the rates were very reasonable for someone with no insurance I'm extremely thankful for that. I was diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma Dr Johnson and his team did a fabulous job of treating it it was a painless procedure done reasonably quick and I feel very good about it I'm extremely thankful for Dr Johnson and his team. I would recommend this place to a family member or friend they are fabulous. Good communication aggressive with getting insurance situated and really good about getting an appointment as soon as possible

5 stars plus! The front desk person was polite, courteous and efficient. The wait to see the doctor was less than 10 minutes. The doctor was great- very knowledgeable, careful & made sure that I was comfortable while explaining everything she was doing. She only did what she was confident doing & advised that further resolution should be pursued by a surgeon.
