I recently had two Moh’s surgery procedures on my face at Skin Cancer Surgery Center with Dr. Montemarano. He explained the procedure fully beforehand, and his calming manner put me at ease to calm my anxiety and made the surgery and close-up go smoothly. Everyone from the scheduling to the receptionist to the assistants are very helpful and courteous, as this is not something you look forward to having done but it’s necessary. I highly recommend Dr. Montemarano and the Skin Cancer Surgery Center of Fairfax!

This is a new practice for us since we recently moved downtown We didn’t know what to expect. When we entered for our appointment, my wife and I were greeted by a friendly desk staff. We filled out some information and only had to wait about 10 more minutes before we were taken back to the examination. The Esthetician Antonella was Extremely friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful. Shortly after she took our information our Nurse Tiffany came to examine us. She was also extremely friendly, extremely knowledgeable, extremely helpful and made us feel very comfortable. The girl that checked us out was super friendly and nice as well. We have been going to a dermatologist every six months for many many years and this was right up there with best overall treatment we’ve ever received. From walking in to walking out. Of all of the places we could have picked we absolutely hit the jackpot! Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!

Finding a place with a dermatologist, surgeon, and Photo Dynamic Therapy expert in the same building is a major plus. I've now seen Dr. Kushner to check out my skin issues three times and I find his upbeat personality, professionalism, expertise, and ability to communicate issues all to be top-notch. His assistants have all proven to be friendly and also very professional. I've also had four sessions of PTD (light treatment of pre-cancerous cells) which, while very uncomfortable for a few minutes, has proven to be much easier to go through because of the expertise and warmth of Kate. She's wonderful! In addition, the entire center is clean, comfortable and has plenty of snacks and drinks to enjoy while you wait. Sean Kelly Southampton

Every treatment I’ve received from Brittany has been exactly what I hoped for. The med spa industry is so oversaturated, and it’s hard to find someone with the right experience who is committed to continuing education and truly takes the time to get to know you, and your face. An appointment with Brittany feels like a real consultation. I can ask about other skin concerns, and get her advice, and without feeling pressure. The experience is so much better than the typical transactional, in-and-out Botox appointment. (however, if you need it to be quick, she will accommodate!) She is incredibly particular and strategic with the number of units she uses, which I really appreciate. I couldn’t recommend her more!

****Update**** I recommend Anne Arundel Dermatology and Dr. Noell enough! It’s rare to find a doctor who truly listens and takes quick action to address your concerns, but Dr. Noell does just that. Hannah was recommended to me by a family member and I have now recommended her to anyone who asks me about dermatologists. I have seen her three times, initially for a suspicious spot on my face that turned out to be basal cell carcinoma . I have gone to get annual skin cancer scans ever since and will continue to make a yearly appointment with Hannah. I’ve never had more than a few minutes of wait time for my appointments and the entire process is smooth from start to finish. The nurses and medical staff are just as amazing as the front desk team and I cannot give enough compliments to do them justice. They handle everything before the doctor even arrives, which never takes more than a couple minutes, and are clearly the backbone that makes the process run so smoothly, they even have things ready before the physicians even need to ask. Gabriella Reed is one of the only providers that has left me feeling entirely positive about my experience in any medical office, I recommend her to anyone with any worries about their skin.
