Good visit. Long wait due to new software system. Being in IT, the data was not ported over correctly leaving the staff to enter the data. Understood that even the first and last names were switched and the staff had to change themselves. Before the next office is upgraded, I suggest the implementation plan be changed to perform more robust data conversion testing. This suggestion is made based on my 30 years in IT. The visit with Kevin Blazer was great and his assistant was wonderful. They answered all my questions very well.

Stevie Dailey PA-C and her Medical assistant are so wonderful! Stevie is so kind, knowledgeable, and patient. She listens to all of my concerns and explains the treatment plan so that I understand what we’re doing and why. I even left the office with a few free skincare samples she recommended . My son and I both go here and like the doctors and location. No traffic and is easy to get into the office with plenty of parking. I had an issue with a refill and it sucks to be wrong but when you are, you Def gotta fix it. Orginal review, I had a refill issue and CVS showed me a failed attempt at a refill 1 week after it was called in on 1 of my prescriptions. But it seems maybe this was their mistake as AAD shows 1 prescription called in. Besides the confusion, I didn't know you have 1 year to get your refill so that trumps all and is why I couldn't get it filled. I tried 1 month after prescribed date the next year. This seems it was my mistake and CVS misinformation by them. Wouldn't be the first time but overall I should of got my refill before 1 year mark. Which I had no clue their was a time frame for refills.

I had a very pleasant experience at this dermatology office. Everyone was so warm and friendly which made me feel very relaxed before my tixel procedure. I was very impressed with Dr. Noell she was very friendly and professional. She explained indepth the tixel procedure I was going to undergo. Afterwards she was concerned with how I made out. I told her that I was surprised at how relatively easy it was. I was lucky that I was able to get my botox done there too. Dr. Noell explained her rationale regarding this procedure saying she wasn't going to overdue it because it takes a full month to get the final results. When I come back next month, she could add more if needed. That was very logical thinking which I was very impressed with. The entire atmosphere of this office was enjoyable 😉.

I couldn't wait to share my review here of Carolina Skin Care, in Pinehurst, NC!! My experience was most excellent. This facility provided me with a wonderful staff of professional and expert dermatology. My procedure was performed by Dr. Benjamin Norton who did a terrific job! Dr. Norton deserves many kudos for making me feel relaxed and for having the best bedside manner. I sometimes don't enjoy going to the doctor's (who does, really?!), but he made me feel comfortable and quite at ease. He let me know what he was doing, answered questions, had a nice sense of humor, and a nice jazzy soundtrack to listen to during the operation. Dr. Norton is incredibly cool and marvelous in his field!! His assistant made them the perfect team. They were expert in their capacities, with affable personalities that made the whole experience go down easily!! Today, I went back and had my stitches removed by Maria, and she was so great. The entire staff of professional skin care specialists are top notch! And the receptionists are wonderful as well. I went here and the atmosphere is AMAZING. Plenty of chairs, and not a ton of people waiting. My appointment was fast. The front desk lady was nice. I had to look down a bit just to avoid the light, but that's fine. They need the light to look at your skin. Overall, they get an A+

I had my second microneedling session with Cam, and it was very relaxing. The topical numbing made the procedure feel like a relaxing skin scrub. I am already seeing great results since we added on the PRP. The procedure itself is quick and easy with a quick healing time that looked like a mild sun burn. No one could even tell I just had a microneedling session when I got back to work! Cam and the entire team are Awesome! Looking forward to my third session!!

I have been seeing her for a long time, but today I was informed that she will no longer be working at this office. The Valrico office is the best! All the admin girls are so sweet, organized and on top of it. Frank, PA & his medical assistants are all extremely thorough and do a great job of examining and explaining. I highly recommend this office! Thanks for consistently great service.
