This is a nice place to be treated. I had my second visit yesterday. This is a family setting. Derrick who is the support staff has been very helpful with making easy appts. that will fit your schedule. I was seen by Lina who took care of me .She was just great. My skin is looking good. She also know what medications are working for you. You will feel very much at home. This office is not crowded like most places. Everyone was pleasant and not cranky like some staff in doctor's offices. I would highly recommend this office. Plus the office is clean even the bathroom is clean. Plenty of parking at this location.

Great people -- from super kind front desk staff, to medical assistants and para professionals, to Mariella Purvis, PA-C, who is a gem. 💎 5 stars! Ding: Parking is confusing and atrocious, with poor signage and a multi level garage behind the building that doesn't align and attach to the building unless you enter the magic entrance in a dank, creepy stairwell. So plan to arrive 1 hour early and you just might make it in time. 👤😵💫

I went to Carolina Skin Care in Pinehurst for MOHS surgery to remove a basal cell carcinoma on my forehead. Dr. Malone and her staff treated me like a king. They made sure that I was comfortable and pain free. On the night of the surgery, my wound began to bleed. The bleeding would not stop so I went to the emergency room. They were unable to stop the bleeding and referred me back to Carolina Skin Care with Dr. Malone and her staff. They were able to stop the bleeding before I left. I greater appreciate the care that I received from Dr. Malone and her staff.

I don’t understand the negative reviews I have seen online! This office is beautiful, clean and relaxing. I was a little bit nervous as I haven’t been to a dermatologist in a few years. The front office staff was inviting and friendly. Rhonda, the assistant was friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. The PA Joseph made me feel very comfortable with the skin biopsy procedure I received in office ON THE SAME DAY OF MY APPOINTMENT! I was very surprised to be able to have the procedure at the time of my appointment! He seemed very knowledgeable and explained to me the abnormalities I should look out for in my skin. My experience with Denisha and Dr. Goldstein was ideal. I was hesitant to ask too many questions because I know their office is so busy, but skin care has become very important to me as I enter my 50’s… and the internet is saturated with information and marketing directed toward aging women who want to age gracefully and take care of our skin - yet not all of us can afford to spend a fortune Denisha was lovely, kind, and patient when I mentioned I had a few (more than a few) questions. She answered all of them, and then even asked her own in order to gain more information current routines and needs. Dr. Goldstein came in for the purpose of our visit and then proceeded to answer my unrelated but pressing questions about aging skin care ;) She was knowledge, honest, direct and to the point, which is exactly what I was looking for! At the end of the day, I gained so much important information in a short period of time that will all make a real difference for me and save me money knowing what is worth my money and what is not worth my money. I should also say that if you’re thinking of asking your own questions at your appointment, please do keep in mind that there are super busy. I recommend knowing your questions ahead of time in prioritizing so you can maybe get some answers but also not hold them up… I’d imagine that if they answered everyone’s never ending questions, they’d never eat or make it home to their families 😉

After my Primary Dr. told me I needed to get some moles checked by a dermatologist, I begrudgingly made the appointment and showed up. In general I don’t like anything to do with medical exams so I walked in with a less than excited attitude but everybody in the office was super friendly. The PA (Colella) had a professional and great bedside manner which made the visit easy. I was extremely uncomfortable (feeling awkward) about the visit but she was very professional, friendly and asked lots of questions during the exam so I forgot about how uncomfortable I was as soon as the exam started and then it was all done with all clear results. Thank you very much for making an “awkward” visit pretty quick and very easy. I would highly recommend this office to anybody that needs to get skin their checked and hates the idea of being so closely examined. 😃🇺🇸

I had a wonderful experience at Dr. O’Neill’s office. It is rare to find a doctor's office that runs so perfectly on schedule! My appointment was at 2:00 PM, I was called in right at 2:00 PM, and Dr. O’Neill walked in just five minutes later. He was extremely professional during our consultation and removed a skin growth on my arm. They explained every step of the procedure beforehand, the nursing staff was great and the procedure entirely painless. Before leaving, I was given clear, excellent aftercare instructions. I highly recommend Dr. O’Neill and his fantastic staff!
