What an outstanding experience this was. It is always alarming when you hear the word cancer. That strikes terror. This facility is just wonderful. They made me feel comfortable. listened, provided all the information regarding the procedure. My cancer is gone and now the healing begins. My suggestion is preparation is everything. Make sure you have all that you need for the first 24 to 48 hrs. Ask questions, write down your own questions. do exactly as prescribed and you will be great. Dr. Monte, his assistants, the front desk are consummate professionals. The waiting area is clean and inviting along with a coffee station. My word to everyone. WEAR YOUR SUNBLOCK. no tanning beds. and contact them if ever needed.

We’ve had a great experience at Academic Alliance in Dermatology in Largo. I brought my teenage daughter in, and she absolutely loves the office and the staff. Everyone is friendly, patient, and makes her feel comfortable, which is not always easy with teens. The team is professional, attentive, and takes the time to explain things clearly without rushing. The Mount Airy office of Anne Arundel Dermatology has been our Go-To place for several years. I have 2 girls 4 years apart and my youngest daughter recently asked to try some alternative acne treatments. We were very pleased to have not one but two different medications as options offered by Amy Spangler. We made sure to make a follow-up appointment right away so we can follow-up under the timeframe that she recommended. Appointments can seem difficult to find in under 3 weeks, but they are usually able to offer alternative appointment times if you call back within a week or so later. I highly recommend this practice which has had Dr. Germanas at the helm since my oldest daughter was an adolescent.

This staff and Dr.Cook are awesome. They address all your concerns and are so kind and patient. You never feel rushed.

I have been to several dermatologist that just wasted my time. But they sure charged. Then I found Dr. Miller and my world turned around. Dr. Miller took my case of blisters just come up on my body any and everywhere. No Dr. military or civilian could treat me without coming up with O results. Then I found Dr. Miller at Carolina Skin Care. I had to drive aways but Dr. Miller was the one that cares about her patient's. She took biopsies from my blister and started out to find out what I had. Dr. Miller never gave up. Even working on weekends searching & testing until she came up with a diagnosis . I just figured this was something from the war ( my team was hit with mustard gas) Dr.. Miller stayed at it. After different antibiotics she hit the jackpot. It has been several months and I'm still blister fee. Dr. Miller I'm sure makes the top dollar. She should she really takes on a personal determination to help her patient's. For me she is the most knowledgeable dermatologist that is out there. Dr. Miller you are a saint. I wouldn't go to ANY dermatologist just to Dr. Miller.

I recently had two Moh’s surgery procedures on my face at Skin Cancer Surgery Center with Dr. Montemarano. He explained the procedure fully beforehand, and his calming manner put me at ease to calm my anxiety and made the surgery and close-up go smoothly. Everyone from the scheduling to the receptionist to the assistants are very helpful and courteous, as this is not something you look forward to having done but it’s necessary. I highly recommend Dr. Montemarano and the Skin Cancer Surgery Center of Fairfax!

Her knowledge and skill of skincare is only exceeded by her genuine desire to meet my specific needs. She addresses all of my facial care questions and concerns and uses products that enhance my skin type. After a facial with Amanda, I feel pampered, relaxed, and radiant. She is worth every penny!

This was my first experience with Mohs surgery and I didn't know what to expect. The team was professional, kind, and confident which certainly set me at ease. They explained the procedure at every step which was much appreciated. I really enjoyed how the team and doctor involved me with conversation and the technical aspect of the procedure. The final product was impressive, nice work!

I have been seeing Brittany Conrad for years and I love her! I appreciate all of her guidance and she’s fun to talk to! She’s an RN, a Licensed Esthetician, and a Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist and that makes me feel safe. I found her on the top 100 injectors as well. Go see her, she’s beautiful on the inside and out! I see her for Botox, Daxxify, and lip injections.

Academic Alliance in Dermatology is the best. Dr. Lam is great. He is so pleasant as is every one else in his practice from the minute you walk in. He takes his time with you and doesn't rush you. Very thorough and takes care of any concerns you might have. I highly recommend Dr. Lam. Have been a PT of his since 2014 and since I had melanoma in the past, before I started seeing him, I get seen q6mos for routine total body exams.

The nurse was super—efficient and helpful—and Dr. Zook was excellent. This is the first time I’ve felt like a dermatologist was listening to my medical concern and not trying to upsell me cosmetic products and procedures (they have those available, but it’s not why I was there). Highly recommended!

Most especially she made sure I was comfortable, understood the procedures that she would be administrating, the after care and took the time needed to answer all of my questions. My appt was for a full body scan since I am a new patient at East Tennessee Dermatology. I saw Whitney Colella, MPAS,PA-C Certified Physician Assistant ~ she was great, very professional and thorough. She explains everything in detail. I will go back for a follow up in a month while ‘keeping an eye’ on an area on my nose. My husband will also see her for pre cancerous marks on his head. Great office and staff- super friendly and happy to work with.

I have had the absolute pleasure of being treated by Charu Jain, NP, at AADerm. She is a master at Botox. I have a small forehead and Botox can be challenging for me - however Charu has perfected my treatments. I am also a Registered Nurse and have always preferred having cosmetic procedures within a medically based office. Charu has also administered PRP (platelet rich plasma) injections to my scalp - for my moderate alopecia. My results have been incredible and measurable. I am so thrilled and would HIGHLY recommend Charu for all cosmetic services.

I had a wonderful experience as a new patient here. I called after having severe flare ups with my chronic skin condition, HS, and was able to be seen by a dermatologist the next day! Everyone from the front desk staff to the assistants were warm and pleasant to speak with. Lina Weber was absolutely amazing. I was very nervous after having to have an abscess drained but she was patient and explained every step of the process to me as well as gave me several recommendations for daily products and long term treatment. I look forward to visiting this office again during my next visit!

I cannot recommend Dr. Sylvia Suarez enough!!! She is thorough, caring and personable. I have been going to her for over a decade and have ongoing issues with sun damaged skin and precancerous lesions (results of being fair skinned and living an active outdoor life). Twice she has diagnosed squamous cell carcinomas and referred me to an excellent surgeon (Dr. Rosemary Liu) to have them removed. Since first becoming a patient of Dr. Suarez, I have moved out of the area but still eagerly drive an hour to continue to see her. She is worth every minute, and more, in the car for me .Rock Star Dermatologist!!! And her “Right Arm, Ha Tran, follows in her footsteps.

Best woman of color dermatologist there is! Hands down! I started struggling with acne again in my 30s, and I’ve been seeing Dr. Boswell for about two years now. One thing I’ve learned is that acne treatment is not one-size-fits-all. What works for one person may not work for another. It took some time, patience, and trial and error for us to figure out what worked best for my skin, but we finally got there! I can proudly say I have ZERO bumps on my face, and we’re now working on my hyperpigmentation! I absolutely love this office! Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming. I always am seen at my appointment time and never wait more than a couple of minutes to see Dr. Dhar after I am taken to the exam room. Dr. Dhar is so pleasant and even better is very thorough in his exams. He caught a very early melanoma I hadn't even noticed and is very gentle. I wish all my medical providers were like him! The office staff is also very good. I highly recommend this office.

My husband and I had CO2 laser done by Sharnel Reed, NP, and I cannot say enough amazing things about our experience We were both nervous going in especially my husband, who wasn’t convinced laser would be effective for men\. I’ve also had microneedling, chemical peels, and laser in the past, so I was worried this would be another disappointing experience.
