I went here and the atmosphere is AMAZING. Plenty of chairs, and not a ton of people waiting. My appointment was fast. The front desk lady was nice. The assistant with the broken arm was professional, and Dr. Alyssa was very professional. She even explained things as she went along. My only issue is how bright the room is. I had to look down a bit just to avoid the light, but that's fine. They need the light to look at your skin. Overall, they get an A+

I couldn't wait to share my review here of Carolina Skin Care, in Pinehurst, NC!! My experience was most excellent. This facility provided me with a wonderful staff of professional and expert dermatology. My procedure was performed by Dr. Benjamin Norton who did a terrific job! Dr. Norton deserves many kudos for making me feel relaxed and for having the best bedside manner. I sometimes don't enjoy going to the doctor's (who does, really?!), but he made me feel comfortable and quite at ease. He let me know what he was doing, answered questions, had a nice sense of humor, and a nice jazzy soundtrack to listen to during the operation. Dr. Norton is incredibly cool and marvelous in his field!! His assistant made them the perfect team. They were expert in their capacities, with affable personalities that made the whole experience go down easily!! Today, I went back and had my stitches removed by Maria, and she was so great. The entire staff of professional skin care specialists are top notch! And the receptionists are wonderful as well. Needless to say, no one looks forward to MOHS surgery - especially on their face. That being said, the team here was superb, from the Surgical Techs to the Doctors themselves. I like the fact that the team is largely made up of veterans who have been forward deployed in combat conditions. Dr. Dolan was professional, calm and clearly cared about my outcome. I recently had my first visit to Anne Arundel Dermatology in Westminster for a small growth on my face. It was very easy to schedule an appointment right online and was also able to upload my relevant insurance information and identification. The office is very nice, and you are able to answer your health history questions right on a nice iPad like tablet. I saw Dr Marianne Dawn. She was very friendly and told me I had a seborrheic keratosis. She said she could freeze it off right then and there. So, five minutes later I was done! She told me how to treat it over the next couple weeks and now there is no sign of it whatsoever. I would definitely recommend the practice to anyone looking for a dermatologist and will use them again myself if I need any dermatological care.

Brought my 3 year old here to have his birthmark evaluated. They were running about an hour behind- totally fine- it happens. The practitioner we saw was fantastic, thorough, knowledgeable, and very good with my child. My complaint is regarding an undisclosed charge. During his exam she found molluscum lesions- she then applied a topical resin to around 7-10 lesions on his arms. She let me know that it can take up to 3-4 applications to be effective for the lesions (they are still present). I just received the bill for $322.98 for "destruction". I do take responsibility for not asking how much it was going to cost before we've met our deductible. However, it would have been good information to have seeing as I definitely can't commit to 3-4 rounds of $322 for lesions that generally self-resolve.

They do everything right here. Someone has clearly put thought into how to make their patients have a good experience and get the necessary care. Office is accessible. You park and go straight to the elevator to floor 3 and turn right down the hall. The front desk staff are helpful and kind. And the medical staff are knowledgeable, experienced, and explain everything clearly. I see Mercy Viator who is wonderful. The whole team is very good. I will always go here and recommend to anyone
