I went to Carolina Skin Care in Pinehurst for MOHS surgery to remove a basal cell carcinoma on my forehead. Dr. Malone and her staff treated me like a king. They made sure that I was comfortable and pain free. On the night of the surgery, my wound began to bleed. The bleeding would not stop so I went to the emergency room. They were unable to stop the bleeding and referred me back to Carolina Skin Care with Dr. Malone and her staff. They were able to stop the bleeding before I left. I greater appreciate the care that I received from Dr. Malone and her staff.

Christina and Dr. Stephanie Pascale were amazing! They addressed all my concerns, completed a very thorough skin check and put me at ease. They biopsied 1 mole. The procedure was quick and surprisingly painless. Christina expertly numbed the area with lidocaine which felt like a very small pinch and then after that I couldn’t feel a thing during the biopsy! It is now several hours later and the lidocaine around the area is still in effect so the after procedure pain is also very minimal making it easy for me to go about my day. I will definitely be back yearly!

Ding: Parking is confusing and atrocious, with poor signage and a multi level garage behind the building that doesn't align and attach to the building unless you enter the magic entrance in a dank, creepy stairwell. Finding a place with a dermatologist, surgeon, and Photo Dynamic Therapy expert in the same building is a major plus. I've now seen Dr. Kushner to check out my skin issues three times and I find his upbeat personality, professionalism, expertise, and ability to communicate issues all to be top-notch. His assistants have all proven to be friendly and also very professional. I've also had four sessions of PTD (light treatment of pre-cancerous cells) which, while very uncomfortable for a few minutes, has proven to be much easier to go through because of the expertise and warmth of Kate. I’ve been going to this location for a few years and Dr. Beamguard is a rare find. Best dermatologist in St. Petersburg! She’s always friendly and answers all your questions. Heather, one of her assistants, is also nice and friendly. There is onsite parking and a lobby with a few chairs. The ladies at the front desk are not that friendly and can come off rude at times.

The level of care at Skin Cancer Surgery Center was very good, everybody was nice and helpful and I would definitely come back here again! The only downside was the $10 fee it cost to park!

Yesterday (6/18/24) i was treated by Aubrey and had a great time. I've been a client for almost 15 years, for a pretty wide variety of services, and it's always been an excellent experience. Despite Dr. McDaniel's own retirement, I appreciate the PA's and nurse's medical expertise in diagnosis: I fully trust Tania's and Kelly's competence in performing procedures. Aubrey did a great job, very professional and caring! It's a beautiful, relaxing place with straight-up medical treatment rooms. And everyone is so kind and friendly--thanks, Jenna, Victoria and Kelli! Just signed up for a weekly series, so I'll be seeing you all summer long. PS, excellent parking situation. The connected garage is free and you don't have to go outside.

My appointment was a follow up to a previous biopsy. PA Watson gave a comprehensive overview of the findings and treatment plan which he performed. I left with confidence the issue has been resolved. PA Watson and the support staff are performing at a high level. No complaints here!
